characters stuck in T-pose

so i just recently installed sexlab beta and archives along with the mods associated with the mod such as FNIS, XMP32 max skeleton, race menu, and sky UI. i followed a tutorial online step by step but ran into issue with the FNIs stip. i was told to open my "Fores" tab in vortex and select the target folder. at this point i was  told to copy my skyrim directory into a new window but the video didn't specify so i just took my entire skyrim data and placed it in the target folder, which was in itself the same folder. so i was quite confused by this point but continued with the install. i loaded the FNIS update launcher and ran a scan. i came across many warnings and failed to load errors but decided to keep going. when i booted up the game my CC was bald had no clothes and was in a T-pose as was everyone in the game world.

 

ive exhausted all options up to this point and decided to ask the community for help. im very new to mods so i probably wont understand the technical jargon you speak but ill try my best.

I think you Installed or used a SSE Skeleton for your SLE. It will not work because they are incompatible which is according to your error screenshots. Use XPMSE for Skyrim LE (32bit) and XPMSE(Special Edition) for Skyrim SE (64 bit). Normally Skyrim LE uses 100+ bones for skeleton and Skyrim SE uses 200+ bones. This is only what I can see on your FNIS Screenshots and if there's other errors, I hope this help even a little bit.

I recommend also switching to Nemesis engine
FNIS is at End of LIne from what I hear
Nemesis is open-source

Bro FNIS is screaming at you what the issue is.

 

Check the first warning lines. You installed FNIS for LE in your SE game. See the file path, you have Skyrim Special Edition in there. But FNIS is expecting regular Skyrim (32 bits).

Remove FNIS, download the SE version and install that, re-run FNIS and check if you have other errors.

You're hearing fairy tales. I have no doubt in the future Nemesis will be the way to go, but at the moment FNIS is totally functional. And you shouldn't recommend people to switch to another framework when the issue is clearly user error.

 

Edit: changed the fix I wrote previously. I thought it was the classical LE Sexlab mods in a SE game or the other way around, for this case it was using the wrong FNIS version. And posting SE issues outside of the SE sections, which doesn't help to reduce confusion.

Just remove the mods mentioned in all the warning lines, get the version made for Skyrim (NOT Skyrim SE) and install them. Then run FNIS again.

so after completely deleting my old files and downloading the correct files all seems to be going a little bit better but when i initiate at sex scene my character goes invisible.  and i cant seem to figure out how to quit said animation. im gonna do some digging while i wait fot a reply heres my curent FNIS log and mods installed.

i figured out the invisble issue now i just need a way to figure out how to adjust camera and quit the scene.

Check the Sexlab MCM, there is a page for Player Hotkeys. There you'll find all the hotkeys to control scenes.

 

For adjusting the camera you can enable free cam (num. 3 by default) and move around with WASD+mouse. Finishing scenes can be done with the advance stage hotkey (space by default) until you end all the stages. Or just wait after the time for each stage runs out and the animation finishes on its own.

 

Edit: You still have a warning and FNIS is not detecting your Skyrim SE version. That shouldn't happen if your install was done properly and is a legit Steam game. The warning itself contains the fix for that.

This is fixed easily by doing exactly what it says to do, go into Steam and run Skyrim from there once. You don't even have to go all the way into the game. Just getting to the options menu is enough.
