So I have to say, I love this mod :) Love the little comments NPCs make about my fem PC pregnancy :) And she is married to Vilkas, who is the father of the yet unborn child, and I loved his quest! :) So really thank you for making this great mod :)

I would have some other suggestions for males, but I am not sure if you are looking for them :) It would be great if Erik the Slayer or Marcurio could have some quest too :) And I would love Teldryn Sero too, but he is not marriageable in vanilla game, so I am not sure if you are even considering adding non vanilla mariageable NPCs :)

It seems that most of my audience (at least the vocal ones) are playing as male characters so it's good to get some suggestions from the other side.

I too would like to see more options for a female PC than just Vilkas or Farkas. I'm also curious how hard it would be to add compatibility for a custom male follower mod that utilizes a vanilla voice?

If they use a vanilla voice than they should be able to use the generic announcements. My mod doesn't look for race.

The generic announcement works with it but I was curious since it's basically using the Farkas voice, if there would be anyway of attaching his quests to said custom follower.

Nope, Farkas' quests can only be started with Farkas.

OK, glad to hear it, that you are looking for suggestion from the other side too :) I would have more males suggestions, but I didn't want to say too many names. So I picked just 3 of them :D And seeing as the more popular ones are already done - Vilkas and Farkas :)

It's just a shame that both Vilkas and Farkas who have quest are part of the companions, so it kinda forces you to play that guild if you want your PC to marry them. So maybe do some males that are not part of a guild? Or are part of some other one :) But when I think about it there are no marriagable males in Dark Brotherhood and neither in Thieves Guild (even when in Thieves guild there is a lot of males and neither can be married :( but I am pissed about Brynjolf the most I guess :D but at least we have mods for marrying him! :D) Anyway so it leaves the College of Winterhold and Onmund, who I know for sure can be married :) Or maybe some of the male housecarls? I think Argis the Bulwark would be great too :)

These are my suggestions:

I wish NPCs you have a good relationship with would ask you to touch your belly, if we could even do some kind of Dynamic Animation Replacer it would be great.

If the PC has given birth, an NPC could ask about the status of her son and mother.

not sure if this is posted or not, but when i look at female tracking no matter where im at, it only shows the player character, i have it set so it effects others besides the PC, the men section shows lots of men but no females are being tracked...is this normal or is there a conflict somewhere in my mod setup...

It wouldn't be my mod causing that. Are you use Fertility Mode: Fixes and Tweaks or just base Fertility Mode?

What you recommended to use, the fixes and tweaks so I have FM, FM: Fixes and Tweaks, and FM Adventures (Your mod)

If you haven't already I would recommend you ask for help on the Fixes and Tweaks page. My mod doesn't change anything from Fertility Mode, it just listens to what it's doing. I'm not sure how to help so long as you've followed the install instructions on the Fixes and Tweaks page and have made sure that player only isn't set in the MCM.

Yeah I'll do that, thank you! x3

According to LOOT, this is incompatible with Relationship Dialogue Overhaul.  I get the FE load order warning when both are in the lineup together.

I downloaded RDO and never got the warning. What does the warning message say? Are you near the plugin limit? I personally don't use RDO but they should be fine together. FA doesn't modify any vanilla content so it should be compatible with almost everything.

I have a question I used the potion to increased my characters fertility then slept with NPCs to get pregnant and pregnancy test potion to conferm the pregnancy then walked around in riverwood and whiterun even when I was in the 2nd trimister no one mentioned it (I have it set for 10 days while I'm testing) when do they start to mention your pregnancy or what am I missing? also are you going to make quest for General Tulius, Ulfric , brynolf and the housecarals?

Nobody in Riverwood will react right now. I haven't added lines to every town in Skyrim yet, I sprinkle them in over time. You can try Whiterun or Riften if you really want to hear something. Most of the reactions happen in the third trimester. Also, Don't expect everyone to have something to say about it, just like in real life some people don't feel the need to make a comment on a womans pregnant body. I don't want the mod to turn the game into "Pregnancy Simulator 2021," I'd rather have Skyrim still feel like Skyrim but with the addition of having your own family.

OK I was also trying in Whiterun in second trimester. but what about quest for General Tulius, Ulfric , brynolf as they are unique characters?

So, I became too interested in the synthesizer and accidentally wrote out Taarie to feature parity.

Would you be willing to publish just the scripts needed for folks to make bootleg addons?

This mod looks really cool .

2 quick questions?

Is it compatible with Hearthfire Mutliple Adoptions ?

will adopting a child break this mod in the event I want to adopt 2 kid and have to kids ?

Thanks

1. Yes

2. Adopting a child wont break anything. As of right now the mod only adds dialogue for pregnancy itself. At some point I want to have the player's children have dialogue as well for when it's time to tell them they've got a sibling on the way (which should work for both adopted and "home-made" children).

My source scripts are included in the download, just unpack the BSA. Here's a little tutorial on how to make your own stuff. I'm going to assume you know how dialogue and quests work in the CK. If not than you should look at the quest tutorial on the CK wiki for the basics.

Keep in mind these instructions are for adding dialogue for mothers. Fathers have a completely different system.

1. In the Creation Kit, make a duplicate of the quest" FMA_TemplateTrackingQuest" and name it whatever you want. Click on the quest and got to scripts and click on script properties. Fill the tracked actor property with the actor you want, the rest can be auto-filled.

2. Under the magic effects section, click on "FMA_UpdateMe" and look at the properties for the attached script. Add your actor to the quest starters list and add your tracking quest to the quests list. Make sure they have the same number position and that all the other entries still have their proper numbers.

At this point your quest is setup to track what stage of pregnancy your actor is in. Now you need to write your dialogue and set the proper conditions. I would recommend looking at some of the dialogue in my tracking quests to base your own conditions on. All of my non-story quest dialogue is in the tracking quests. I'll write some technical info below so you know what everything does.

In your new tracking quest, have a look at the quest stages and read the papyrus fragments. These stages represent how far along your actor is during pregnancy and are used to condition dialogue specific to certain stages of pregnancy. If you follow the steps above than these stages will be set automatically.

Another essential component of my dialogue conditions are the factions.

FMA_AnnouncementBlockerFaction: NPCs are put in this faction when they've announced their pregnancy. Make sure you add the NPC to this faction at the end of their announcement so they wont repeat it over and over. This is the only faction you need to manually add the actor to, my handler script will handle everything else.

FMA_PlayerParentFaction: NPCs in this faction have given birth to a players child before. Useful if you want a different announcement for if it isn't their first child.

FMA_NonPlayerPregFaction: NPCs in this faction are currently pregnant but the player isn't the father.

The last thing to know is how to set up the family planning dialogue to trigger after marriage. In the cell view tab, under interiors, go to "RiftenTempleofMara" and find the massive trigger box that covers the entire temple from the door to just behind where the player stands during the wedding. Double click it and go the properties of the attached script. Simply add your actor and tracking quest to the relevant lists, just like step 2 from earlier. When the wedding ends, your spouse will walk through this trigger, which will set your tracking quest to 0 (if she isn't already pregnant) and thus enable the dialogue.

That should be it. If your ever confused how something should be conditioned than just look at what I've done in my own tracking quests. I would recommend using "copy all conditions" by right clicking on my conditions, pasting them into your dialogue and then changing the relevant information on them to make things easy for yourself.

Also, make sure you make it your own ESP rather than editing mine, otherwise you'll loose all of your work when I update.
