How do I stop my pot-smoking dad from getting mad at his teen for being stoned?

Mom bakes edibles, dad just got so mad he sent his teen to rehab. Pretty ridiculous. How do I make parents not care about drug use?

I'm fairly sure theres an option when on the computer for the general settings about parental ignorance or something. Not sure if it is there though.

Select teen and make active player.

Click on sim and select Drugs.

Look for the parental menu and disable the parental part.
