But I don't have the programming skills to detect followers in the MCM and allow you to turn on or off follower comments for individual followers. So, it would have to be a one switch all-or-none thing. Meaning enabled is all followers (except Mjoll, Faendal and Serana, and probably Khajiit) get the set of generic comments, and disabled is no one gets them.  The other issue is a concern about the one-size-fits-all aspect. Its hard to write comments that fit without some idea of the relationship between the PC and the follower. I wonder if adapting the role types that we were kicking around for spouses above would fit here: 1) A dominant follower, who is jealous and upset by your PC's sexual activity (like Vilkas will be once I finish his set of comments). 2) a submissive follower, who is made uncomfortable by a sexually adventurous PC (like Faendal's mod comments, or Mjoll's before she falls for you), and 3) a voyeur follower, who enjoys and encourages and participates in or even instigates your sexual adventures (like Serana's mod comments after you kill Harkon). Or, maybe just the latter two is all that is needed? Multiple comment sets would double (or triple?) the amount of work (and make voice packs huge), but would allow me to make a set of comments for each that are much more consistent, and would let players choose a role type that they think is appropriate for their follower (or I guess followers, though they would all have to be the same role type). Thoughts?  Also, then there's the attraction issue: Will the follower offer sex? For example, in the current custom follower comments, Faendal is not attracted (though I plan to revisit this), Vilkas will be immediately attracted, while Serana and Mjoll are not initially DTF but eventually are over time. Perhaps just a simple toggle to turn follower sex offers on or off?  Also, you might ask, aren't the mod's NPC comments a generic set that are applied to all NPCs? Why not just use the same approach for followers? I suppose the answer is the NPC Hello and Idle comments are hugely conditioned on relationship rank (people that you are friends with deliver radically different comments than strangers), but I assume all followers have a high relationship rank. Also, some NPC comments are conditioned on whether the NPC has spoken to the PC before, and that won't apply to followers. Also, the other NPCs tend to be in populated areas where SLSF fame is tracked, but your follower is going to follow you around the 95% of Skyrim where fame is not tracked, meaning follower comments can't rely as much on the 14 SLSF fame conditions that regular NPCs use, and thus follower comments have to get a little more creative.

Basically there was a new dialogue branch which I have never seen before. Selecting it angers him and he proceeds to drug and rape the PC. Probably should look through MCM to see which plugin modifies his record. Edited December 10, 2021 by belegost

Guest Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 I'm wondering, could we get some kind of integration for Radiant Prostitution? I have noticed that no matter how much you whore yourself out, the whore fame does not change at all, despite the fact that this would be one kind of fame that is sure to spread under normal circumstances. (It doesn't work with TDF either – in fact, I don't know of any mod utilizing this type of fame. Do comments for it even exist?). I understand that this is because the mods don't invoke this fame event and SFF is not actively looking for it, but wouldn't it be possible to make some kind of workaround? I find this one a bit immersion-breaking. I mean, you would expect people to treat you like trash, if you're a cheap whore, in medieval society. Since SFF seems abandoned, I'm asking here. Thanks!

You're welcome. The two errors above are my fault, but should not cause any problems. I overlooked a couple of script fragment files when packaging up the last mod version. However, these are tiny script files that are each unique to triggering events or dialogue animations for a specific comment line. Since there are many hundreds of other comments in the mod that can trigger events, I don't think this could be the cause of no events working. (The other errors come from other mods.)  Events are a bit hard to test because event comments are randomly drawn from the same pool as non-event comments. Also, of course, specific conditions have to be met, like high fame levels and being in certain places at certain times. Inns in the evening and outside in towns late at night are the most likely places/times for most fame events. Being naked will also increase the likelihood of some events. What are your Slut and Exhibitionism fame levels? Those are tied to a good number of possible events. Also, check the MCM settings. Depending upon settings, events can be turned off, or an equipped weapon may block all forced events. Also, are you getting non-event comments from the mod?  Another potential issue is that this mod works best in combination with other SL mods. It's hard to quickly "bootstrap" yourself into high fame with this mod (other than Exhibitionism) because so many of the comments and events are triggered by SLSF fame, which is generally triggered by SL activity, but this mod won't generate much SL activity without without high fame. For example, you could use SLEN for voluntary encounters and/or DCL for involuntary encounters, and this mod would be a good complement to those. Â

SLSF is abandoned but the mod author did leave lots of documentation on the page and in the source files on how other mods can call SLSF to increment fame levels, both with or without SLSF being a dependent mod. (That said, I haven't yet been able to make it work, but I assume that's solely due to my very limited programming skills.) So, ideally, prostitution mod authors would just call the SLSF function that increments whore fame in the current location (there is such a function) whenever a prostitution event is triggered. I'm afraid my programming skills are not good enough at present to create any such "bridge" between two mods, but it should be able to be done easily within a prostitution mod. Otherwise, prostitution mod authors could perhaps put a PC involved in an act of prostitution into a "prostitution animation" faction during the act, as that could also be detected by other mods. For example, that's how this mod detects when people are having sex. SexLab temporarily puts PCs and NPCs into a "SexLab animating" faction which I can detect with comment conditions.  So, this mod does have lots of SLSF whore fame comments and events, but the only way currently to increase SLSF whore fame is via SlaveTats tattoos. (See the mod description for detailed instructions.) What I do in my game as a workaround is put a whore-themed tattoo on my PC where it is not visible under clothes/armor. Then, I configure SLSF to increment whore fame from the SlaveTats tattoo category from which the tattoo came. With that setup, during SL animations, the PC is undressed, the tattoo becomes visible and SLSF whore fame increments. Any tattoo will work, you just have to assign the SlaveTats category it came from to whore fame via the SLSF radial menu.  Same for SLSF masochist fame by the way. Lots of available comments and events, but you will never see them without a masochist-themed SlaveTats tattoo, because no mods increment this fame type. In fact, some of the masochist comments specifically refer to the tattoo as the mod pretty much knows that it's there somewhere.

That shows up in SlaveTats as a category called "Whore Advertising". But any tattoo will work. You just have to associate it with particular SLSF fame using the SLSF radial menu. If you haven't done that, here are the instructions: Go to SLSF MCM>Base Settings and make sure "SlaveTats: Specific Gain" is checked. While you're there, note what the "Config Key" is. (Default is 'down arrow' I believe.) Then, exit the MCM back into the game and hit 'down arrow' or whatever your Config Key is and a radial menu will pop up. This must be in game. Select "ST Specific Gain" off the radial menu and then select "[OK]" at the next instruction screen (if it appears). Then, select an empty slot on the list that appears and set as follows: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â -- Fame Category:Â [type in the tattoo category name exactly as it appears in the SlaveTats MCM, e.g., "Whore Advertising" or "Slutty"] Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â -- Body Location:Â [pick Body, Head, etc. as desired] Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â -- Fame Increased:Â [pick PC.Whore for Whore fame] Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â -- Fame Cap From This:Â [I would leave at 100, since there's currently no other way to accrue Whore fame] Then ESC to exit. So, I took a look at the existing follower fame comments. Serana's set of comments are not easy to repurpose, as they are separate quests tied to stages of the main DG quest. Mjoll's are tricky to reuse as well, as they have lots of conditions that change their nature once 'Likes Women' hits a threshold in any location. But... Faendal's are very simple, with no such special conditions, and Faendal's comments are the most generic of the three. So, I could add an MCM switch that gives all followers (except Mjoll and Serana) access to Faendal's comments, and then add blocking conditions to the "Faendal-specific" ones to reserve those to Faendal. That should allow all followers (if enabled in MCM) to share about 500 of Faendal's SLSF fame comments, including bump comments, SL activity comments, nudity, cum and device comments, and even his dungeon and combat detect and taunt comments.  Repurposing Faendal's comments does mean that the set of general follower comments will reflect a follower that is judgmental and embarrassed by the PC's SLSF-fame-accruing behavior, which won't be appropriate for all followers. But, it's a start, and easy, and it can be left switched off if not a good fit. I can always work on a second set of comments for followers that are more supportive of the PC's sexual fame and adventures later. Also, Faendal doesn't have any "event"-triggering comments at present, but I should be able to add event comments to this set in a way that will work for both Faendal and other followers in subsequent updates. 4

Martok73 Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 @Gristle I have a question, are the comments made by Faendal supposed to be voiced or silent? I ask because they are all silent in my game and I am hoping that's a bug and not intended cause it's a bit jarring having him "say" a line of dialog to all of a sudden go mute and just the subtitles popup for the next line only to go back to voicing the following line of dialog. So yeah really hoping that his silent dialog is a bug and not intended.

SLSF doesn't generate any animations, so I doubt the ZaZ animations are relevant if a ZaZ device is never equipped. Since ZaZ is a SLSF requirement, I always run it, and I have put a few comments in this mod that can equip ZaZ devices on PCs, so eliminating ZaZ might result in a few misplaced comments about putting a collar on a PC, or binding them, as far as this mod goes. I'll have to update this mod's description accordingly. I assume you're getting whore events from this mod too, though I suppose you can always turn them off if they don't fit right with TDF.
