Have you figured out why not all the meshes are working, or what you can do to make them work? I'm afraid I gave you incorrect information. Almost all of them work in CAS, but only one of my CCs is currently working in the game. I think I'll switch back to the old D9 version for now. I have a version of yours that works with almost all the CCs. I'm attaching the file. That way you'll know which version works for me. I'm also attaching the working CC; you have all the others.

This is a D3D11 version and yes, I did. I add another ray for breast detection that works with a lot of your mods and other mods with low, breasts that don't protrude much. This one is placed low, under the breasts, and is directed upward in the positive Y direction.

To enable this second ray, add "tryAltBreastRays = true" to your settings file under the "[rtbp.debugFlags]" section. If the second doesn't exist, create it, just paste the following at the end of your "Settings.ini" file:

[rtbp.debugFlags]
tryAltBreastRays = true

It hasn't been tested much that's why it's disabled by default.

Are you using the version with the GUI and logo enabled? The first couple of people that tried that couldn't get it to run. Have you had any success with it?

Just want to say that I have been playing just about all day with the latest experimental DX 11 version (No Logo, No GUI) and it has been working great for me! Thank you so much for your hard work on this, really appreciate you!!!

You're awesome, thank you so much!  I'll test it later.

I think I wasn't using the version with the GUI and logo. The d3d11 version I used was created around October 18th.  I'll test the latest version tomorrow and give you feedback.

Oh, I should mention that you should expect the physics to be slightly different in this build of RTBP. Turns out I miscalculated the space in which the physics take place. My initial calculations were on the assumption that sims were larger than they actually are. Now that that is corrected, you can expect the physics to be a little more intense.

I had to add it to the settings.ini file because I couldn't find "debug.flags". Where should "debug.flags" be located? Unfortunately, my custom content (CC) isn't working in my game after making the change to the settings.ini file. Did I do something wrong?

One more thing. Would it be possible to make female Sims' breasts hang more naturally when they're in a doggy-style position? Some animations do it that way, but the creators seem to be using different rigs. With poses, the physics behavior is very limited in position. I don't know if the Sims' coordinate system allows for this, since it changes depending on the pose. I think it would be the y-axis in a doggy-style pose that would allow the breasts to move further towards the head.

But one thing at a time. First, I'd be happy if my CCs worked with the D11 version. Then I can get back to designing new shapes and responding to the wishes of many people. Right now, all of this is holding me up a bit 😉

Looks right to me, but your log file shows that it's not picking it up. I just tested it on my settings file and it worked. Are you changing the right settings file? If you've been using RTBP for a long time, you might have two settings files, one in the "...\Game\Bin\RTBP\" folder and the other in "...\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\RTBP\". You need the change the second one, the first one is obsolete from the earlier days of RTBP.

If you are running the version of RTBP with the logo and GUI enabled you can toggle this setting easily. Press F11 in game, click "Debug Flags" on the left, then toggle "tryAltBreastRays".

If you have the RTBP commander, you can do the same thing. Click the "Debug Flags" tab and toggle "tryAltBreastRays".

Maybe someday, but not in the foreseeable future.

I haven't tested it, but GShade ought to work. I tested ReShade and it worked like a charm. Just place "GShade64.dll" in the same folder as RTBP's "d3d11.dll". RTBP should pick it up when starting the game. Make sure you have the DX11 version of GShade.

When starting the game, RTBP will look for "reshade.dll", "ReShade64.dll", "GShade64.dll", and "ChainD3D11.dll". If any of those are present, RTBP will piggy back off that instead of the system "d3d11.dll".

Try running the GShade install wizard first, though. When I installed ReShade, it seemed to detect that an existing "d3d11.dll" was present and do something else (modify exe?) to install ReShade and have it work with RTBP.

so when i installed gshade, there was no GShade64.dll, just the d3d9.dll, and if i try to change the name of the dll it doesn't load gshade at all for some reason.

If RTBP is saying "Debug flag 'tryAltBreastRays' set to 1", it worked. Not sure why it says error after that. Are you running the latest version of the commander?

Could you attach your settings file? There's gotta be some reason why it's not picking up the debug flag.

Anyway, it should start using the second breast ray now if the first one fails. It seems to work with a lot of your stuff, but not all. I can adjust it a little further in and possibly make it work with more stuff, but I was worried it would conflict with other meshes if it was too close.

I'm still thinking of other ways to flexibly detect breasts without causing too many false positives. It would be nice if creators could just embed meta data in their meshes that RTBP could read to find the breasts. I'll need to do some more experimenting.

To be honest, I wouldn't know how to use metadata in Blender. What exactly do you need to make your life easier? I'm afraid I'm not a Blender expert either.

That's what I can find regarding metadata in Blender. Perhaps the S4 Studio values also need to be set. I'd have to look into what's possible there. Sorry if I'm asking silly questions, but I'm not familiar with this.

Settings file looks good and yes, all you needed to do was add the debug flags section to the very end. I tested it and everything is working. Attached is your modified settings file:

Nothing you need to do now. I'm thinking about a way that metadata could be hidden in the actual mesh data so that RTBP could read it. If I did go that route, I'd make a Blender plugin for it so that creators could specify the reference vertices for breasts among other things.

I removed all mods and custom content except for yours and my presets. Unfortunately, most of them don't work for me. Could you please try the attached custom content and see if it works for you? If it does, I don't know what's wrong with my game. Have you checked the commander and the DLL? Is everything I'm using correct?

Oh, I see what's happening. It isn't doing the breast detection on some of your meshes because it isn't detecting the meshes as female. I've added the alternate ray to the sim type detection function and now everything is working. I'll put together another build for you. Do you want it with the GUI and logo or without?

Edit: Here, both:

RTBP v2.0-e2 2025-12-23.zip

RTBP v2.0-e2 2025-12-23 (No Logo, No GUI).zip

Then I'll have to check what I need to change so that the meshes are recognized as female. I never paid attention to that before.

I´ll trying it with GUI and logo because it's a D11 version. Thank you and Merry X-Mas
