Shift-click your Sim, find the Devious Desires menu (you might need to click "More...") and use the option to give your Sim the Zoophiliac trait found there.

you only should have the latest versions of WP and DD

not 2 (or more) at the same time... didn't you get any errors ??

 

and of course, you need a pet in your household - preferably a big male dog and a female human. this combination should have the moste animations...

 

oh and you need animation as well, of course

You don't need a Male or Female pet in the household to add the Zoophiliac Trait, however you do need to remove Wicked Pets, Devious Desires contains all features of Wicked Pets already. SHIFT+CLICK your Sim -> Devious Desires -> Traits -> Add Zoophiliac Trait.
