fnis t posing - no animations since mods installed

I am totally new to mods, so please be gentle ? i have installed few mods and now everyone is pulling a t-pose and no animation at all.

 

I am using vortex mod manger

 

This is what i see after running GenerateFNISforUsers > after install the mods i have

anyone have any ideas what i did wrong? or is wrong with this setup? i am total newbie and tried different fixes after hours at this im out of ideas.

I don't know about Vortex, but with Mod Organizer the FNIS output is placed into an overwrite folder, that you can then use to create a "mod."

 

Does Vortex require something similar?

Assuming you are playing Skyrim LE and not SE those look good. The most likely case would then be that you have not loaded your FNIS properly into Vortex so that while it looks right here, Vortex is not "processing" it.

Not sure but should not Racemenu win the conflicts against ECE?
Try to tell Vortex that they should load in one other order.

How did you install FNIS?

-uninstalled skyrim

-reinstalled FNIS 

-After every  mod installed I ran GenerateFNISforUsers 

 

I am now back with animations in game 

 

npc now strip (partially) -  i guess that's an improvement lol

 

I added xp32 maximum Skelton extender > its almost fully working.

 

no nudes yet but getting there, thanks again guys for your help

When you did uninstall Skyrim, did you also deleted it from steam\steam apps\common\

OK.. got nude guys using: Schlongs of Skyrim

 

I guess I need female nude mod next then..

 

I did get chuckle watching a male npc forced to dry hump the female npc because she's a "never nude" lol

Yep I was worried something left over would mess with the clean install

Thanks in the end i started fresh, you were right it couldnt have loaded properly.

 

I ran GenerateFNISforUsers each mod added after my that... that took a while but now it seems stable. 

 

just need to find a way make the female npc nude and I got brothel mod working fully (I think)
