Both SKSE and non-script-extender Skyrim Special Edition won't launch. What's wrong with my mods?

I've validated my files many times, and nothing has changed. It won't even give me an error message. I've tried deleting my steam cache, but that has done nothing either. I've even uninstalled skyrim, but I don't know what's causing this.

tl;dr: wont launch

Here's my mod load order:

Did you install all the dependencies required? If you're new to modding, you should be aware that although some mods are "stand-alone", many mods may (whoops... edit: require) one or more other mods to work. And the lack of those dependencies can, among introducing other problems, cause failure to start the game. There are some mods  that I'd expect to see that I don't see in your list, although I can't name them accurately so I'll just punt and say "go back to the mod pages for your mods and thoroughly read the requirements lists and mod descriptions (at a bare minimum)"

In addition, check to make sure all your installed mods are actually SE mods. LE mods are (in general) a great way to crash your Skyrim SE game, or make it unstable, or to introduce bizzarre, difficult to diagnose issues.

Also, make sure Steam is running. I don't care if you operate it in offline or online mode, but either way it needs to be running

Mr. Dog has given you the basics and you should be able to fix it from there, but here are some things I noticed:

Spoiler

SLAL will be required for those animation packs you've got.

Racemenu should be above any plugins that add on to it.

You have a UUNP armor replacer and a CBBE body.

CBBE should probably load before things like CBBE Futanari.

Fuz Ro D-oh is required for Dangerous Nights 2 and Sexlife.

I don't know much about Devious Devices, so I can't say for sure, but it should probably be loaded after all of its requirements. (I had too many issues with DD myself a while back to keep it installed)

The UUNP armor replacer is accompanied by a CBBE conversion mod for the UUNP mod. How do I change the load order in Vortex?

Copied from here because I'm bad at explaining:

In Vortex to Manually change your load order;

grab the dependencies icon of the esp you want to move up or down, drag it to the esp you want to load it after. Release the icon.

a window will pop up giving you the rule you want to apply to the esp you moved.

actually it works via checkmarks, found that out myself. So I did all that but it still isnt doing anything. I did nothing wrong.

Enabling/disabling your plugins works via checkmarks. Sorting them so that the right things are in the right place works as the guy described. I don't like saying this man, but plenty of other people are running Sexlab via Vortex just fine, myself included, so yes, you did something wrong.
