How do I slow down my animation?

E.G. Two Sims have sex, how do I make their animation play twice as slow?

I don't think you can slow down the animations themselves.  In WW Settings you can extend the duration I believe.  Note there is an NPC setting and Player Setting.  Note the animations will loop within their specific animation.

 

Someone else may know something different.

The speed at which sims fuck is designed as such by the animations authors.

I know some are pretty unrealistic when sims fuck even faster than rabbits.

All I can do is disable the ones that look too ridiculous.

With mccc yes...but it may muck up events and sim careers.....

Sim careers... :-))) In this game, something else is important for me. Please explain in more detail how can I do this using mccc.

Back up your saves, BACK UP your Saves, BACK UP YOUR SAVES.

 

Assumes you know Basic MCCC Functionality.

Computer (Mail Box also) - Game Settings - Game Time Speed  - Adjust to desired time (Higher Number = Longer Day.  I personally use 50.  I started this on a new game so I have had little issues (Not sure how it would go for existing games.  Havn't Tried Higher.  50 Gives me about 3 seconds real time to 1 minute Game Time.

 

Since you are going to have to restart the game anyway for the settings to go into effect.  Here is an easier way.

 

Navigate to the Location you installed the MCCC files to and find mc_settings.cfg (Hopefully you have extensions showing in Explorer window).  Open with a text editor like note pad.  The setting you need to find is called Game_Time_Speed .  Change the number following it to your desired speed (You may have to do math).  Save file (NOT AS TXT, Make sure it has same file name.

 

Start up game and check via computer or Mailbox that settings took.

 

*I honestly do not know what you are trying to do.  Extend the time they can have sex or extend the time each animation runs?  What the Above will do is allow more time in the day to potentially have sex.  They can do other things...cook, read a book...mostly they get water and try to research the piano.

Well you can change game speed , that gonna make animations play slowly.
