Khajiit Texture Mod and Masculine + Sheath Patch

This mod makes changes to the Masculine Khajiit Textures (Grey Cat) and patches it up with Bad Dog Hoodies.

Textures might also work for Yiffy Age SSE.

 

     Installation:

 

 1. Download Masculine Khajiit Textures:
     https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/186/

 

 2. Install the Grey Cat version in any bodytype,
     as this mod overwrites most of the textures.

 

 3. Download Bad Dog's Hoodies for SSE:
     https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/6593-bad-dog-hoodies-sse/

 

 4. Install the files.
     
 5. Overwrite with the files from this mod to patch the mods.

 

 

    Load / Install Order:

    1. SOS

    2. Masculine Khajiit Textures (Grey Cat)

    3. Bad Dog Hoodies / Yiffy Age

    4. Khajiit Texture Mod and Masculine + Sheath Patch

 

    If Using Mod Organizer 2, you won't actually have to
    overwrite the files physically, just place it in the
    left list of installed mods in the load order shown above. :3

 

    Vortex might do the same, but I don't use it, sorry about that.

Thank you! But I don't deserve such praise. The original creators mrLenski, Bad Dog and MONSTERaider among others is the ones to give credit to.
I just patched it together.

Also, there is now a patch for this patch (Heh.) available with a neck-fur seam fix since the neck seam didn't look right, sorry about that and hope this helps. ^^

This mod + patch mostly just patches together this and "Masculine Khajiit Textures" to look better together. I only did changes to the body if else, then smoothened out and added detail to textures/normal/shine-maps in some places. So I am not the creator of those parts.

Apologies if this is kinda a big ask, but could you make a version of this with the Furry grey cat textures?

 

I really love how this retexture looks, but im not a big fan of the human skin on khajiits.

Just found this, can't wait to try it out! For those who still want an answer about it working with SOS...... the mod Bad Dog made states SOS as a main prerequisite. Therefore, yes, this technically should work (now to find out if these will work with DD ?). Also, for Craziux, will you make a patch for the Argonian Masculine Textures and Bad Dog's Hoodies? I asked the MA from AMT but realized this question is better suited for you to answer XD! Anyway, gonna see how it works, and thanks for this!

For anyone that prefers the leopard pattern and is running the Masculine Khajiit EXTRA with furry belly/abs,, Bad Dog's original files work okay. Go into the Bad Dog folder once it's installed and make a copy of the Cheetah texture, rename it Khajiit_Color and replace the main Khajiit texture with it. It mostly matches the white belly/crotch of the leopard skin, so it's better than nothing.

 

If you're photoshop savvy and can edit the textures, it works better if you darken up the Cheetah file a bit before replacing the Khajiit texture with it.
