Help with neck gap fixing

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, im currently running into a small problem when it comes to my character's body creating a gap between the neck and im unsure how i can fix it. It is a UNP based body with added sliders

Edit: when my sliders are zeroed the gap is no longer visible but if i use the added sliders that edit the mesh around the neck the head's mesh wont conform to the bodies. [i know there is a texture seam its due to my makeup, but it doesnt create a gap with zeroed sliders]

You seem to be using two different texture sets. We need (as pointed out in ca. 1 million postings on this site) your complete load order of mods to start thinking about what might be causing the issue.

1. Head and mesh must have the same polycount at the join.

2. Extend the neck with racemenu.

3. super obvious texture mismatch.

the head does have the same count, but this only shows when i have any slider that edits the muscles around the neck active but i guess ill edit it in race menu, kinda stinks if i ever change the body again xD

Edit: did the racemenu edit, buuut didnt exactly help when i had to change the weight so thats just a bandaid fix

Did you build your body with morphs in BS? If not, rebuild your body and check "Build Morphs".

i did, it has to do with the added sliders i put in myself not making the head mesh conform to them
