You have to run FNIS through MO, if you follow the link in my signature check step 7, it's all about using FNIS with MO. Although I would seriously consider checking all your installed mods. All these unmanaged mods could be an issue in the future, and you're losing part of the benefits of using MO if you have mods installed like that. You also have a couple of missing masters, but I guess you know that (Sexlab.esm is disabled in your loadorder, which I guess you did on purpose, for... reasons?. But you also have other warnings (check the exclamation mark on top of the Ejecutar button, there are three warnings and you should have exactly 0. And a wild guess here, the NetImmerse Override is from LE? that won't work on SE, and NiO is already included in Racemenu. Seriously, check your modlist and consider doing a total restart, you might save a lot of time and headaxes by doing it now.

Program Files (x86) is for 32bit programs, Skyrim Special Edition is 64 bit. 2. you should not even install skyrim into Program Files in the first place. 3. it looks like you have the 32bit/SLE version of FNIS installed.

I know MO has a learning curve a bit intimidating, but it's in your best interest to lear to use it. You might want to give my guide a quick read. Even if you have already installed mods, just to know a bit more about the most used features. It also covers all the requirements to get Sexlab working and such.
