Very heavy files

My files for download are very very heavy, more than 1GB. I have put a link to the download page of my website. Is allowed?

it's allowed for heavy files, as long as the site contains no malware etc, and doesn't use redirect services like adfly

I'd go with both, just in case there ends up being a lot of downloads.
