Skyrim modding Help

OK, so im having some issues with skyrim right now. I followed this guide (at least to the best of my ability): https://www.sinitarg...m_graphics.html and now im running into 2 problems. 

 

1. I followed the stability guide that they posted, DynDOLOD, wyrebash, TES5Edit all of that. it seems to run smoothly, but then crashes, leaving this message https://imgur.com/a/TYzJFqP. I followed the instructions on said message and i still get consistent crashing. Does anyone know what i did wrong here?

 

2. Having issues with Pure Waters not looking as advertised, also there;s no underwater. Im using Dreamer performance ENB and im wondering if thats the culprit.

 

EDIT:Ive been looking over it, and i think it might have to DynDOLOD, i was getting messages ingame saying that DynDOLOD couldn't find the location of various things, plus when i started up ALternate start (the one where you are camping in the woods) and alduin flies over, he was pitch black. Plus there were some trees that were black as well.

One thing i noticed with your screenshot is that you have XP32 skeleton at the bottom of your list which to my understanding nothing should overwrtie that.  As for Alduin being black that sounds to me like missing textures.  Your left panel side could need some re aragements for the correct overwrites.

 

For the error message did you install Crash Fix Plugin and Memery Blocks in a SKSE folder?  And have you configured the ENB local ini file and set your correct vram size?

Do i need to make the file path for it; Data/skse/plugins. It didn't come with that in the skse files. Also whats the name of the setting in the ENBlocal ini that needs that?

Ok, so i did some work last night and it seems that DynDOLOD itself is whats causing the crashes. when i had it on, i could make it maybe 50 feet before it crashed. When i turned it off, i made it from the Helgen cave to riverwood and then Whiterun with no crashes. I suppose i'll have to keep it off for now until i figure out whats causing it to do that.

just tested it today without it and made it from whiterun to solitude with minimal problems. Though im still having problems with underwater being clear, though that could be the ENB acting funky. Also noticed this bug where was consistent lightning as i was traveling, probably the weather mod i have.
