It does, probably 40% of all the events are for men, split between victim and victor.  So you'll get a bit of both, depending on what happens i suppose, the decency and dominance stats will give you some measure of control of which events will fire, but it's never a guarantee.  The topics are the same as for all the events, fairly hardcore but also more moderate stuff, it's just that they're all mixed (and apparently the tags don't always work properly?)

Yeah, there's a lovely thing that allows you to disable any and all events you don't want to see. Usually they're pretty well named for sorting, my game tends to re-enable all kinks every time I launch but I bet that's something I've buggered. Personally hoping for more straight male focused content,  since there's a large lacking in the space in general (And maybe a male player character x fembeast? As it is currently I believe you can only witness a random villager getting it on with a mare)  and checking the image packs shows a great deal of potential. Great work btw even if a large majority of it isn't for me it's hard to play the game without it.

I am unsure as i have serveral other mods installed but is this the mod that enables carousing in towns? one of the event makes you endentured basically a slave and i don't see anyway to get out of it. it says you are in prison and continuously increases slavery and prostitution scores.

The custom flags don't seem to be working for events, or some events aren't flagged, as I turn off the gay and toilet flags and those events still pop up. Also I never seem to get the companion affection events at all. Also, does anyone know if it's a good idea if I used this with boukenshas binder as well? As perhaps some events arent triggering because there are just too many (4k+).

Lol, you are in boukensha's binder.  And yes flags keep resetting or not really working, very much a CE issue with the game, apparently Bannerlord won't let you save data that's not linked to the character.  Though i did put them on always on, you can change that to always off in the custom xml.

Could you tell me or show me which event made you get into prison?  It may be possible it didn't clear the carousing tag.  I'll go looking for it myself too though.

it works. I tried it. likely relies on Captivity events for compatibility.
