From what I have seen, it seems that there is often physics set up for all but the normal enemy, but most of the time it is not enough to show breast physics. Or it is possible that the physics are only on the non-breasts.
On the other hand, normal enemies sometimes seem to have breast physics, but this may be set by animation (although it is possible that this is an optical illusion).
Party members can also be seen if you look closely.
I can see how to add breast physics with a mod if the character has physics set originally, but for characters that don't (mainly normal enemies), it may be a bit difficult.

Unless @Wish Upon a Star has the mod, then no, and there won't be. I think for a while, moderchan's patreon subscribers could get access to some unreleased mods, like that one, but moderchan has gone completely dark as I understand it, so unless it was available to patreon subscribers and one of them grabbed it and decides to share it, it's never going to see the light of day.
