I am basically looking for a player home with a dungeon or prison of which I can store NPCs in so and so. 

 

Is there also a mod that makes defeated enemies be put on devices?

A lot of Skyrimlazz's castles on Nexus have a prison/cellar/vampire basement location. However, you'll likely need other mods to make captives STAY there...
