Problem with changing NPC appereance, Meshes and Nifmerging

I have been changing NPC's appereance using racemenu, following some tutorials, and it was actually going well for the first three.

 

But for some reason, every new NPC I change right now has that exact problem lol20200331144252_1.jpg.bca94a91046aa858437fa403922b7a1f.jpg I Tried making change on 3 different NPC's, exact same problem, that I weirdly didn't have before. I have searched and not found a single person that has it.

 

The exact step that is breaking the NPC is the NifMerge. Wether I use the NifMerge tool or try to manually do it, I end up with the same result.

I did run the script for headparts.csv

If I use the "import face" feature on the CK and do not touch the .nif of the character, it works, but the face structure isn't the one I did exactly in Racemenu.

 

 

Can you Identify where the problem is coming from ?

Unfortunately not, I wasn't disabling the /TintMasks though so thanks for that.

 

Once again, I know that the exact moment it screws up is the NifMerge. Wether something is wrong with either of my .nif files or if it's the actual process that's fucking up I don't know

Seems unlikely, I tried redoing everything multiple times on this one, then on 3 different characters, using both the manual method and using the NifMerge tool. The result is the same everytime. (Except for the first three I made, which baffles me, why did work then but not know ?) A real head-scratcher

 

Edit: So I tried studying my .nif files with Nifskope, and I found where the problem is

my .nif in SKSE/Plugins/Chargen are the ones that are wrong

So I suppose the exporting part in racemenu is where the problem is coming from ?

Yup, but now if I could identify what's going wrong with racemenu it would be great. Some exportations work, some don't, and I don't know why.

I'm testing not touching the racemenu specific sliders, then touching them, giving default hair or eyes, and then moded ones.

 

And I'm just not finding any consistency, some .nif are good, some are wrong

If some are good and some are bad?

 

Race specific? 

Do you have a good Nord and a bad Nord?

 

I doubt problem is with Racemenu

What exactly are you exporting from and importing to? And what exactly are you moving about?
