I just noticed a new face mod called "Aloy - Face Rework" is on nexus.  There is a face mesh re-work and face texture change.

Any news on this? Too good and beautiful game to not have a nude/skimpy outfit mod

As Malak mentioned, it seems mesh edits are possible, seeing as there is a face rework on the nexus, here is the link:

Then it would just be a matter of time I guess, I'd try it myself but I'm totally denied to create these kind of things.
