Load order problem. Stutter\silent greetings

Back story time!

 

so recently, I've finished a play through of fallout 3 and moved to fallout NV. Tale of Two Wastelands style. So I enter Good old Goodsprings and splurged my Throbbing Hippo-campus chemicals in my brain as I went with the tutorial (and Jade). At the point of starting the side quest, Ghost town Gunfight\Run Goodsprings Run I notice an issue, The people of Goodsprings spoke with silent voices, custom voices made by another mod.

 

This messed up the encounter with Ringo and Cobb. Ringo won't point a gut at you and ask why are you here, instead he just says "Howdy miss" and moves you to his normal dialog tree. That's all well and good until the game asks you to inform Ringo that Sunny Smiles agreed to protect him. He just says "Howdy miss". What should happen the second time you talk to him AFTER you ask if you can help him was a special dialog in which he asks about Sunny and you are given only two dialog, instead, that never happened and you go to his normal dialog tree where you could play caravan with him. THIS BROKE THE QUEST AS YOU CAN'T TELL RICO THAT SUNNY AGREED TO PROTECT HIM.

 

so I did what a debugger do, disable a chunk of some sexout mods (i know it's a sexout mod because that is the only mods that mess with quests), and activated smaller chunks to find what is making it do this. It was ttw another kick in the head, I think. it was sexist dialogues. sorry for the false accusation.

 

the dialog chance was not instantiations and require a few minutes of play to manifest. so that's not a issue now because I can play around the problem... maybe

Now after I rearranged my load order, something else came up which was solved before. stuttering. I debugged an annoying stuttering BEFORE all this, that is consistent in every save game even old ones. (and requires a few seconds to manifest.)

I use Loot to sort my load order. it's not very consistent as you can see.

 

The big question is, What is the Differance Between These Two Load Orders That is Making That Annoying Stuttering ?

TTW Another Kick in the Head download page states:

So you shouldn't use this one to begin with.

 

The game suddenly suttering after you ordered your list is kinda strange though. Its not possible to tell what exactly could be the cause here since the list is huge, and I don't even know half of the mods (though some of them sound really dubious / useless). Better Game Performance.esp for example is a mod I would never use in combination with TTW, since it deletes stuff from the files which TTW might use, but can't find.

 

CASM with MCM is also known to cause problems, and it's advised to use this mod instead:

Which comes with hundred .esp-less fixes that you can tweak in the mod's .ini file (this mod would also make plugins like

After further testing I found it was just Sexist dialogue that broke Ringo. Shucks, TTW AKITH didn't work? i don't think i had a chance to test it since i had so many other death alternative mods. Thanks for the warning

 

I still have CASM because i'm afraid of the consequence of uninstalling it. as for those dubious performance mods, I installed those for the stuttering. now that I know it's because something else, into the recycling bin they go! I already have Stewie's Tweaks but didn't look at the ini. Thanks! it's been years since I've played this.

I have found something interesting about the stutter. It removes itself after a fight.

 

I went into a save file and a few moments later the stutter appear. Then i got into a fight, got fucked, and killed my enemies in that order. and like a fox with a revolver tied ti it's tail, the stutter disappeared. So that's why it's so manageable now.

What are your PC specs anyway? And are you using ENB?

 

Also, some performance tips:

 

1) Enable EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=true in the enblocal.ini if you use ENB

2) Add this line to this file file Fallout New Vegas\Data\NVSE\NVSE_Config.ini 

[Memory]
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=496

3) Set iMinFPS to 24 in the TickFix.ini

4) Set iMaxFPS to 120 in the TickFix.ini

Yes, I'm using ENB.

I've done most of them already, only needed to edit the NVSE_config.ini given by the NVSE extender.
