ItalianDragon Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 Well today I felt courageous enough to actually start fiddling and scuplting my femboy body and this is what I got: http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/29/1405438552-femboy-body-screenshot.jpg I'm gonna fiddle with it and refine the chest a slight bit more to get slightly more marked pectoral muscles and I'll be done with it ( but of course I'll have to make the textures for it ). Edit: just to make it clearI just modified the CBBE body, I didn't create it from scratch ( believe me I wish I was skilled enough to actually do that ).

Edit: just to make it clearI just modified the CBBE body, I didn't create it from scratch ( believe me I wish I was skilled enough to actually do that ). If you don't mind, as I've tried that route already, I'll drop you some tips I learned through experience: 1) The CBBE body might not be the best base to start with, quality and shape wise you might find easier starting from an unp based body (like cots or the ashen trap body, which are edits of the unp slim body); 2) Before starting actual modeling you can use all the various bodyslide reference sets to ge as close to the desired shape as possible; that's especially important for the chest area as starting from small/almost flat breasts is way better than starting from two huge melons, it will not only make your life a whole lot easier but also give you a much better result. In general what I noticed from my own experience is the results always tend to look more tomboyish rather than femboyish, which seems kinda inevitable since the base shape was originally a female body. Hopefully you'll find some of these tips to be of use, anyway I hope you'll have more luck than I've had. On another note I successfully managed to import room207 femboy body into skyrim; as expected the neck seam is going to be an issue, I'll have to edit both the body and the neck. Of course uv mapping needs to be redone too for compatibility reasons (neck seam and original normals not looking too good in skyrim). If I can get something good out of this I might actually ask room207 permission to publish it here.

Thanks for the tips, I'll use them for the next iterations of the model ( as I'm definitely gonna reword quite a bit the one in the pic ). On the body mod pick I just chose CBBE over UNP because I preferred its shape ( I prefer a more athletic femboy body), hence the choice. For that one I just used the very vanilla one so the chest wasn't as big as the moon to begin with ( which is why the weird smudges are just coming from the boobs erasing process more than the model going fubar ). Also I won't edit all that much the body itself as I really like the general shape the CBBE body has. The only thing I basically wanted to fix was the chest for short Thanks for the encouragement in all cases, as being a newbie modeler/modde, I know I'm gonna have to crawl through a metric ton of frustration for some things >.>

Deedlit Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 the only problem with Flat chest its the HDT PE effect, goes sometimes weird, so need redo your HDT at JFF if going use flat chest.

circ Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Can't you just tweak the breast bones into nipple bones?
Jarka Ruus Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Since I reached what I consider a first milestone I thought I'd share some (very low quality) screenshots. Both the neck seam and the neck itself need some tweaking but at least the body is now mostly compatible with a Skyrim head. As you can see the original uv map got screwed after I edited the body, though that's not much of an issue since it wouldn't blend with the head anyway. By the way, you can't see it in these screenshots but the genitals need to be re-weighted as they didn't come out quite right even this one is not a major issue, though. I think the biggest hurdle will be how well the uv map will turn out.
FauxFurry Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Are there any plans to change the facegen data for male NPCs (if this mod can be used as a total replacer for NPC bodies, that is) or will other mods such as Pretty Face work for the new Femboy bodies?

I'll finally feel at home in Skyrim and maybe this will lead to bigger and better things to boot!
Alonwoof Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Wow, that body actually looks good. Before I found this thread, I did some tweaking to the skeletonbeast.nif's bone scales to try to give khajiit bigger hips and thighs, and this is what I got so far - I decided I don't mind a little muscle, but want bigger hips/thighs and stuff. Never was a fan of "traps" or super petite femboys, but just a little feminine. Like you see on a lot of furries. (I actually don't even like males unless they're furry)I'm trying to edit the skeleton, and even though the changes so far are very subtle, I was thinking maybe this might work. But that body... that one ItalianDragon sculpted... would be absolutely perfect if it were SOS-compatible. Glad to see someone besides me wants a femboy model for Skyrim.

Well I'm gonna rework it using some advices I got here on this thread so it's not a final one ^^. As for the SoS compatibility, well why the heck not. I might as well add an optional file to use it with the body mod I'm working on ;3 (I'm already planning on adding a sporty sexy sweat texture for the human races ( Argonians and Khajiits don't sweat so making one for them would be a bit silly but I might add it as well just for lulz ).

Well, do keep in mind that eventually I'll still need permission from room207, anyway glad you're interested. I've actually made quite some progress with the body uv map, now it's mostly unp compatible, though of course I won't know for sure until I see it in game.
ItalianDragon Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Well being back finally home I hopped back on modding and followed the advice everyone gave me ^^. Right now I've recreated the meshes using Caliente's tools and I have to say that it'll require little modification before being all ready ( all I need is make the height between where the breast was and the chest a little less steep ). So overall the whole project looks very promising so far ^^ ( to be honest I'm surprised that it's going that well 0.o ).

ItalianDragon Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 Okay so I redid the meshes one more time using Caliente's tools and as much as it seems redundant to do so, it allowed me to notice that when I was converting the file to be editable in Mudbox/3ds Max, the "Export skeleton" box wasn't ticked :x SO now I reexported everything proerly and it works just fine I have a question though : since the model will not have breasts ( I'll flatten them anyways ) I hence don't need the breast bones as well in the mesh but I can't figure out which one it is. Could someone help me out with that ?

Looking forward to see what you've come up with

whitear Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 never gonna give you up... keep up the good work.
Jarka Ruus Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 It's been a while so I thought I should drop an update on my project: I'm still in the process of smoothing all the seams, it's a really tedious work but it's coming along rather nicely and having an unp compatible uv map might come in handy in the future. Still thing would be going a lot quicker if my laptop hd hadn't gone kaput, which basically halved my working time (no data loss though). Later I might drop a blender screenshot.

ItalianDragon Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Update on my end guys : for now I'm not really working on the modelling and stuff as I have a few exams to take at the university that are mandatory for me to pass the year so well my focus is kinda shifted right now. Regardless of that I have a few question for you guys : does anyone here knows how with Mudbox you can basically make a part of the mesh transform and then make it so you can apply that exact same shape to a different mesh ( kinda like a brush on photoshop if you see what I mean ).
Jarka Ruus Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 save up for a DESKTOP owo;; it'll make your life easier mew :3 I do have a nice pc, that's why I said that my production was halved and not stopped entirely . Anyway the laptop is fixed, though now I have to restore all the programs and files which is going to take a few days.
