I have decided to come back to Skyrim SE to tinker with mods a bit, though I am looking for mods that utilize Male on Female Creature mods and Female on Male Creatures, but this request is mostly for the former, as it seems I have some difficulty finding such mods. To that effect, I would like to ask the community for their knowledge and assistance in finding such and perhaps some mesh parts for it.

If you mean Male Creature on Female Creature anims, get Horny Creatures of Skyrim. It's the only animation pack that includes those.

 

If you mean Male Humanoid/NPC/Playable Race on Female Creature anims, then get Horny Creatures as well because it's also the only pack that includes several of those. Otherwise, More Nasty Critters should include a handful of anims for Female Werewolves, Female Flame Atronachs, and Female Spriggans.

 

TL;DR: More Nasty Critters SLAL + Horny Creatures of Skyrim have you covered.
