[sEARCH] Change hair and face of NPCs.

There are plenty of mods that allow you to change the body, skeleton and texture of NPCs but almost no mods that let you choose the hair of NPCs and change their faces. I have tried Alternate Actors but it's very buggy and the NPC ends up looking like my player character but with a discolored face. I also have NPC Editor but its buggy as well and outdated. Is there anything else I could try?

run that with Pretty faces, might need a texture blender?,there easy to use.

I use Nifmerge, export a custom head with the geo & hair you want to use and set the required NPC head nif as the target,
