3ds max animations - which version is supported?

bgs dev kit: Max 2013, or 2014. bgs exporter (comes with ck), nif importer (available in f4ak), hct 2014 (ask animators), "havok behavior tool" for fo4 (difficult to find, but some animators have I suspect some of the global dlc creators were shared by bethesda itself, but it's very hard to beg because it's against the terms of their agreement with bethesda) - needed to create new creatures and sync gamebryo sequences with havok animations. Technically, this set will allow you to create anything for fo4.
