I want every human NPC to hate me and wild animal to be a friend.

I wanna play Skyrim where your friends are only animals and creatures from wildlife and every human being is completely hostile to you. I know there's a mod called "wildings" but it doesn't show the download link, so I can't download it.

I'm guessing it would be faction command, but I don't know what to put. Does anyone know how to do it?

Use the mod called "The Manipulator" and mess with the friend factions.

can you make people hostile to you too?

I'm not sure if all wild life would be friendly, but you could put yourself into the Predator faction and that should do most of what you want.

 

The manipulator would more let you make things friendly to you, less people enemies.  If Predator doesn't do that, I'd check the actual name for the Werewolf faction and add that.  Putting the player in that faction is how the game gets everyone to attack you and not give you crimes (though it might take you out of the player faction for that, I forget.. and I would suggest that except most player home mods might not work right). Werewolf mods that make the wolf form friendly to everyone just change the script so you are not put in the ww faction.

I don't know, it was in the downloads. I think it is an esp and bsa file, you could load it in xEdit to see what it does, or maybe in the thread of that mod says what it is. I couldn't find much when I went to the mod page.

One other mod that comes to mind, either to work with Wildings or if it doesn't do all you want, is a Nexus mod One With Nature.

 

It lets you set the reaction of various wild animals to you, from enemy to neutral, friend to ally.

It turned out Wildlings has its own body mesh and skin textures, and I can't say I like them better than ones I use (the data is also packed in bsa file, so it takes so long for me to replacer skin textures and body mesh), so I ended up in creating a mod for it by myself.
