How do I change my profile picture in this site?

So I click on the dropdown with my name which contains

• profile
• manage followed content
• account setting
• ignored users
• sign out

Profile and account settings seemed to me to be the leads so I checked them. profile, for the most part, only allows me to view it, not change it. account settings doesn't show an option to change the profile picture, only the display name comes close to that. Thanks for taking your time.

Then click in the image icon, bottom left of that Big H at the top left of the screen (one that is used as your current pfp)

It should be noted here that new users cannot change their avatar until they've posted 10 times and/or have been a user for a week.

Does not really matter is people do a post or two here to get the ability to upload a profile picture.
