I use A CBBE and Idk if that's what causes the problem. I tried a UNP Blessed Body and the issue still happened

- You could switch places for dawnguard and dragonborn. Technically dawnguard was released first.

- hdtHighHeel should not be used anymore unless some mod specifically requires it. I don't right now know of or have any mod that does. Majority of mods have adapted to use NiOverride (that comes with RaceMenu) for high heels.

- You need a decent skeleton for the animations. Most use XPMSE because it allows you to use HDT too: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000

- If camera gets too close to actors it can make them invisible, it can even start too close most of the time. For that you need "Remove Camera Collision" mod from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73181?tab=files

Run FNIS and show its full log here. We'd just confirm that it included needed animations, found right skeleton and with 0 warnings/errors.
