worik Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 Back to the creationkit: I am thinking to model the various "unfree" relationships between NPCs E.g. a guard and a prisoner a slaver and a slave / a slaveowner and a slave etc..  The CK documentation is far from exhaustive on this matter.  Are there any other guides? Recommendations for LL purposes? Or just opinions? I'd be glad to hear any of them

I'd be glad to hear any of them I think that the reason you can't find guides is that it really depends more specifically on what you are trying to achieve. You can do these with combinations of Quest Alias, factions and AI packages. How much of each you need, in turn, depends on what you want them to do and what other mods are already going to be hard requirements. For example several LL mods already have various slave factions and, if they are required for your mods, it is likely to be more efficient to use them than "to reinvent the wheel."
worik Posted November 13, 2019 Author Posted November 13, 2019 The factions is one thing, but I am right now especially curious about the "relationship" options in the CK actor menu and what I can do with them ?
Psalam Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 Are you talking about relationship ranks or the relationships between factions?
worik Posted November 13, 2019 Author Posted November 13, 2019 This menu : https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Relationship Escpecially the vanilla association types caught my eye https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Association_Type
Psalam Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 I've seen that. As I understand it that can be primarily used in scripting such as HasFamilyRelationshipAny. I've not seen it used in any tutorial I've come across. However, as you are aware, I started this about the same time that you did and I may have just missed it.
