It is. It's the belted tunic.

this is what it looks like in my game. i installed as replacer, not standalone and ran the bodyslide post install.

That's the one. You can zap out the leggings in BS. As for the inner shirt, you'll have to add an alpha property in if you want it to be removed like in the pictures.

I'm not sure. At least none I know of. But the chances to find an edited version of remodelled armours are pretty good.
