You can find the quest ID in the readme and skip the stage with setstage.

One is a plant, and the other is an item acquired when the plant is activated. You need what can be stored in your inventory.

During the conversation, he learns that the PC knows something about Casim and will begin to harass her publicly on the street under invisibility. The PC needs to find the life-detecting artifact, then the illusionist will begin to escape. He'll lead her into a trap where the rabbits were illusions of trolls. After dealing with them, or after they deal with the protagonist, she'll continue the chase (at worst Casim can rescue her). The illusionist will fall into the abyss and injure his head. Here, you can convince him to continue working as a waitress in the tavern under an illusion, sell him to a pervert to generate perverted illusions (introduced in the tavern), or send him to Hammerfell.

When killed, he is reborn, as his body is an illusion.

2. Hunter. He'll only agree to leave town for a date, but he has several requests, such as an expensive dress (which you'll have to obtain somehow, Casim can help), perfume (the same), and handicraft experience (~50 potatoes). As soon as you reach the clearing, he reveals the date isn't for him, but for his pet wolf. Could also extend individual quest based on each of them. For example:
Illusionist Veil: The Tavern
The pervert you sell the Illusionist Veil to will learn the illusion magic from him and then hypnotize the PC to make her work in the Tavern. Maybe something like an exclusive tavern where the moment PC enters, the illusion activates and makes her think that she's a waitress and must obey all rules of the Tavern (add lewd rules here). The PC must complete some amount of tasks before she can leave. When she leaves, the memories of what happens in the tavern are sealed and replaced with normal memories.

The Hunter: Revenge
After returning to Hammerfell, The hunter meets a woman there while he was drinking to drown his sorrows. On hearing of his troubles, the woman offers herself to try and and get his pet wolf back. She'll disguise herself as a weak woman who was rescued by the PC's wolf while they were not around. Over time she seems to keep getting closer to the PC's wolf as his bitch, and so the PC must keep herself as the more valuable bitch by doing more and more degrading things with the wolf. Eventually this would end in two ways: PC wins and the Wolf loses interest in the other woman, but doesn't let her leave since she's the Wolf's property. PC loses and the Wolf is convinced to leave and return to his old master.
 

Silk and Gears: The Trap
Gear, feeling humiliated from being defeated so easily, teams up with Silk to humiliate the PC. The PC gets a letter that seems to be from a villager that heard of the PC's great deeds and wants her help. The letter says that a monster had occupied a cave/ruin, and that the villagers were in great fear of their lives. They've gathered 1000 gold to hire the PC to get rid of the monster. In the ruin, there are multiple rooms that the player has to open to open the main door. And to open each room, the PC has to do humiliating tasks, and after each door is opened, dwemer automatons attack the PC. In some rooms, the PC can only enter with their body bound in devices (use zaz devices but script it so they only unlock after pressing a specific button in the room) and need to have sex with dwemer automatons in order to pacify them while she's bound. 

All this time, however, Silk and Gear have been recording everything with a special artifact created by Gear. At the end of the ruin is this device. When player reaches the end, Silk and Gear will say that this artifact has recorded everything the PC did and they will make copies to distribute to every hold. After Gear's monologue, PC can run at the pedestal and snatch the artifact from them. However, the artifact was a trap. This artifact cannot be removed from the inventory and when another person talks with the person holding the artifact, the information of the PC did will end up in their minds. (basically a dialogue that starts with something like PC: "Hm? Do you need anything? [Their gaze is strange]" and then the NPC can blackmail the PC, say something demeaning or ask for sex)
