1ight00x Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 I'm new to modding skyrim and I just discovered loverslab. I downloaded FNIS, SLAL, and the sexlab framework with an animation pack. when I tried to matchmake in the game, the characters just either stood there or merged into 1, though I got sound. when I ran the FNIS "generate for users", this was what I got: >>Warning: Generator not run from a legal (Steam) Skyrim installation directory. If you use SKSE, this can be fixed by starting Skyrim once through Steam.<< FNIS Behavior V7.5 9/14/2019 2:58:01 PM Generator: C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Mods\FNIS Behavior 7_5-11811-7-5-1566571166\FNIS Behavior 7.5\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe Skyrim 32bit: ??.??.?? - C:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\ Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (99 bones) male: Default (99 bones) Reading FNISBase V7.5 ... All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files.... Creature Pack not installed 0 animations for 1 mods successfully included (character). 1 Warning(s). can someone tell me what I did wrong and how to fix it? thanks.
Grey Cloud Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 Reinstall XPMSE skeleton and let it overwrite everything. FNIS should show Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (115 bones) male: Default (115 bones). Re-run FNIS. Always run FNIS after doing anything with skeleton or animations. Make sure your animations are registered, not just enabled, in SLAL. If you have creature animations, make sure you tick the box in Sexlab - 'allow creature animations' or somesuch.
srayesmanll Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 Try running a legal copy of the game.
27X Posted September 14, 2019 Posted September 14, 2019 Just like it says: run Skyrim once through the generic launcher. Also running any of this through program files is not a terribly good idea.
