If the actors are not animating, be sure you installed a correct skeleton (XPMSE) and you had no errors in generating FNIS.

You sure you are old enough for LL, buddy?

Anyway, as the wise and mighty CPU already suggested- make sure to have the needed requirements and to have run fnis afterwards!

Did you run FNIS before starting your game? Failure to do so is the most common cause of T-pose as CPU suggested.

You should have FNIS loaded into your mod manager. Then click on the button for FNIS. When it loads you click "Generate FNIS for users." Make certain it shows no warnings or errors. If it does you might want to copy that output and paste it here.

That looks like you have the Special Edition version.

The rule is that any time you do anything animation or skeleton related then you re-run FNIS.

Nothing to do with your current problems but you don't need this ticked

Zaz Animation Pack V8.0 plus      will this work

Two parts to this answer. The first is that all T.ara's (the author of ZAP) mods are posted on MegaNZ. The "file" that you downloaded has two pieces of information in it: the link to MegaNZ and the password. If you did not go to MegaNZ and download from it then FNIS is likely trying to read the file that has only those two pieces of information in it. In that case, it will not work. If you did download from Mega and you got that warning it is likely that Grey Cloud is correct and you have the 64 bit version of ZAP which will also not work.

So, to make this easier. Get rid of what you have and download this:

Then open it using Notepad (or similar). Copy the MegaNZ link and place it in your URL. Once there copy the password and paste it into the location shown. The actual mod will be downloaded at this time. Load that file with your mod manager and run FNIS again. The warning should be gone.

Take version ZAP 7 at first and bring it to work with sexlab. ZAP7 seems to be installed.

Quit the behavior-file which FNIS is having troubles with. Don´t install two different versions of same mod.

Delete ZAP fully and manually before you install another version.

It would be better if you posted this question on the SOS support thread.
