You have some older penis and tongue mods that don't work anymore.

 

Remove all the other sex mods except for WW and Animations first.

Take EVERYTHING out of your mods folder except the wicked whims files and any animations for WW you have.  Delete the localthumbcache file.  Load up your game and see what happens.

I´m confused, you can´t use it if the are more mods? Cause later, i put all the mods again and happens again. I don´t know. Only works when it´s WW only?

Remove any penis and tongue rigs you have in your mod folder.

Because the other mods are out of date and don't work with WW anymore.

 

Sometimes they get fixed and sometimes not.

I had this same problem after the Azmodan22-Penis Mod (a set of Penis/Tongue blends) under my Better Body Parts folder, was corrupted (via an apparently irreversible batch update I ran from Sims 4 Studio). Once I refreshed the mod with a new downloaded copy from LL everything worked fine again.
