Can't Use workbench

I can't use the workbench, grinding stone, or tanning rack in several different cites.

 

This happened later on in the game.

 

I tried the shout, and prison time, but that did not work.  I tried loading a previous save, but that only worked for a while.

 

When I got my house in Falkreath, I was not able to use the drafting table or any of the other tables from the beginning.

 

I was able to use it only when I went to vanilla mode.

 

I tried to use a save where it worked, but then eventually it did not work again.

 

Are there any fixes out there for this?

I would start by cleaning JaxonzEnhGrab - LOOT will walk you through it if you click on the link.

I would ignore Jaxonz. Clean Update and the 3 DLCs. None of this will solve your problem but will head off problems further up the line.

 

Check the MCMs of all the mods which restrict the PC in some way, e.g. the DD mods. Apart from Jaxonz, your load order seems to consist of nothing but such mods.

This wont fix the core of your issue some mod in your load order is causing this too happen.
