This mod does still work. It's no longer in active development due to having other priorities currently (sorry) and a general disinterest on my part in static pictures mods, but the mod *will* function when enabled. The warning is perfectly safe to ignore.

i downloded this mod and have pay few games then i made a deathclaw race and i was thinking some of this pic dosent look good so i chanced one and it worked. so i start to add 2 more pic i got them to wrok but then i load me game after i have added this pic all my pic hade chanced to another pic so i wonder what happend and what did i do wrongdeathclaw_portraits.txt i added deathclawF21 deathclawF22 to all plases i sow i was needed to and i added

    deathclawF21 = { greeting_sound = "humanoid_portrait_j_female" texturefile = "gfx/models/portraits/deathclaw/deathclawF21.dds"    }

I'm also curious about the reported updated version of the mod.  For what it's worth, the change logs on the Vanilla Framework mod reports that it incorporated the Xenophilia mod into its stable of portraits circa October 26, 2021.  Or at least a subset of Xenophilia.  The change logs state that Protoss were excluded due to stated difficulties to expand the image set.   Beyond that I'm not really sure what the overlap is between the public version of xenophilia, the version incorporated into Vanilla Framework, and the discord version.

Had no idea there was a discord version, I just incorporated the version on here. If I can get hold of it, i'll add the rest of the content not already in VF.

Also, yes, Protoss are still on the sideline. Generally there's enough female art to work with, but then it pretty much ends there.
