Ks Hairdo hdt maybe ? as for the specific hair id I don't know but the mod has a lot of ponytail like hair.As for the hair colour,perhaps a custom one made with a slider.

She is from Elder Argadia (Tumblr), I think he's on Twitter too. I don't believe he's ever released her as a follower though.
