Well I still have in NMM in my mod archives.  So I could always go back to it.  What I really like about Vortex is it remembers where you put in the load order, even after using LOOT.  But we'll see.  Thank you for all the help you have provided thus far.

The game still crashes from time to time, and the Papyrus log is pretty much gibberish to me.  I won't post the log, but while using Vortex I saw that it said my copy of the "Unofficial Patch" which is the latest, is not compatible with my current version of Skyrim SE which is 1.5.62.  Normally this wouldn't bug me since I back up my mods, but for some crazy reason I never backed the UOP that is compatible with 1.5.62, and the creator always deletes the previous version when uploading the newer file.  Does anyone here have a copy of that unofficial patch, and if so may you send me a link via pm?

I pretty much figured out what was causing the frequent crashing.  It was because I was using the latest version of the unofficial patch.  Since I am still playing with Skyrim SE 1.5.62 I needed the patch for that version.  Thanks to Vyxenne I was able to replace the patch and now the game only crashes once every 1-2 hours.  Before it felt like I was playing LE again with all of the crashing.  I am obsessed with the Papyrus Log and still see some errors that I do not understand.  Like "cannot open store."  What does that mean?

My game is randomly crashing again.  Most of the time it happens in Whiterun, The Bannered Mare, before, during, or after a sex scene, or while configuring settings for mods in the MCM at startup.  Does anyone know how I could post my modlist?  I just switched to Vortex after completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling, and the game has the same problem random crashes.  I scanned all textures for bad ones and removed them.  This reminds me of when I played LE which I am thinking about reinstalling.  But the last time I played the LE edition it kept on crashing when nearing Riverwood and Whiterun.  

 

Here is my papyrus log.  Don't understand what it means in certain parts like when it says "cannot open store."  What the hell does that mean?  All the shops I've been to have been open.  Anyway I am at my wits end, I do not understand what may be causing the crashes.  At first I thought it was "SexLab Aroused Redux" and "SexLab Eager NPC's", but i uninstalled them and the game still crashes.

 

Anyway here's my papyrus log.  If anyone knows how I could get my modlist let me know?

I have been having random crashes and started to narrow it down. I had to uninstall all of the Devious Devices, because they were causing at least one CTD right after escaping Helgen. I removed Deviously Cursed Loot because as soon as one of their NPCs was on the screen the game would freeze.

 

My game just started crashing after the sex scene. My last papyrus log entry was: "[01/20/2021 - 10:26:26PM] SEXLAB - ActorAlias[Aigis]  - Resetting!" This looks like the end of that animation. I see plenty of errors, that appear to be because I deleted those mods. I just started a new game, but I keep deleting mods so I guess I should start again. I have been unable to get saved game script cleaners to work. The crashing after the sex scene is new for me and it seems to happen every time now. I ran Nif Optimizer on my most used nif files and textures. Other than crashing to the desktop, I see no obvious problems. Any help would be appreciated!

Not really. Rnadom CTDs, i.e. at different places and after different lengths of playing time are generally memory configuration issues. The DD mods may just be 'the straw which broke the camel's back'.

Papyrus logs are more or less useless for diagnosing CTDs as the log is not up to the point where the CTD happened.

 

Consider starting again and following one of the excellent guides here on LL.

I have used the guides before, but they don't address the CTDs at the end of sex scenes. That is my main problem. I have restarted the game many times recently, but the game still crashes at the end of sex scenes and everything I have tried doesn't work. If I save the game right before I have sex, I only loose that part of the game, but it ruins it! If I forget to save I lose a lot more.

 

When the game crashes the logs also stop, so I was hoping whatever was at the end of the log would be where the problem was.

 

I need help!

 

I finally figured it out. It was Arousal Based Match Maker 1.7.1. I found a newer version: Arousal Based Match Maker SE 2.2.5.  I had to start a new game, because the new version saves differently and would mess up my saved games. So I started thinking that the old version, which may have been from the original Skyrim, was my problem. I enabled all of my mods and started a new game. And so far it has been working great. It has even prevented some of my other mods from having CTDs.

PS> If/when you uninstall a mod, and if you're currently playing through and don't want to have to start a new game or wish-luck (ie, hope the uninstalled mod didn't leave something behind in the save that'll screw things up later), don't forget to load the game following the uninstallation, make a new save of the current state, clean that save (fallrim tools), and then continue doing your maintenance (and/or load the cleaned save to keep playing).
