afa Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Try using Loggie's esp instead, I was playing around with this mod last night and couldn't get the file in OP to work, but Loggie's esp from Sep. 26 seems to work.

There has been uploaded a fix to the OP. I seem to have forgotten one small little variable that tells the game that this is a top level conversation. One click and fixed! Thatnks for making me aware of this.

Bromm83 Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 Since I am going strong updating mods I was thinking about updating this dinosaur.. Why fix something that works? Well I was thinking about adding a direct fuck for free ammo, and perhaps stimpacks. Is this something people want? How much ammo should one sex act give you? Should it be only basic ammo? Or perhaps it should give better the higher sex skill you have? Or should I base it at the same as the mod uses now for determining how much discount you get? I look forward to some good feedback on this, then I will make the changes during the next week or so.
Kodiak Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 Good idea actually. My suggestions - Keep it simple. If you already have a scale used to determine the discount rate based on sex skill, then stick to the same scale. Scale the amount of ammo received to sex skill and maybe speech/barter. Keep the availible ammo simple and vanilla. No matter how good the head, it still may not be worth a case of AP .308s. Really good sex however (based on sex skill) might get you a few none ammo items though like frag grenades or mines. Again.. no matter how sweet that ass, it may not be worth giving up the plasma grenades for. You want the option to be helpful but balanced. Free ammo is always good, esspecially if its a common type of ammo that is always used. The higher the sex skill, the more sought after ammo, like .308s let say, become availble. This is almost a Barting for Sex add-on, but its an idea that makes sense. If this works, maybe you can expand it to other forms of vendors and good. Fucking for food and water would be a certainty as would maybe giving it up to Doc for free medical services. If you did want to complicate things a bit, I dare say for that level of exchange, it might make sense to have the Sex skill or Speech skills dictate if the character can even make such a proposal. Still, just fuckin for ammo is a good idea and I certainly think you should run with it.

Kashked Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 I concur. The price of a whore at the Gommorah is 50 caps IIRC. That would equal what, 50 rouunds of 9mm? But then again, an desperate woman entering your shop is NOT equal to a whore at the fanciest whorehouse this side of California. Scaling should definatly be part of it if it is feasible, a char with 9-10 charisma and a high barter skill might just get up to that 50 caps worth of ammo/supplies. My suggestions would be: Food and/or water and common ammo like 9mm and 5.56mm for general merchants (Traveling merchants, Chet, the guy in the Dinosaur, Mick or Ralph, whoever is the general merchant of the pair, etc.) Alcohol, food and water from bartenders like Trudy, generic casino bartenders, the Garrets etc. More varied ammo from some merchants who have more of a "weapon merchant" feel, the gun runner at the 188 for example, or the Boomers munition manager, energy weapons ammo from Gloria van Staff, the weapon guy at Mick and Raplhs etc. Stimpacks and/or doctors bags from the doctors. Basically you would have to handcraft the options for every merchant in the game, which I guess could be a pain in the ass... but idealy I think this is what should be done. And make sure that not every merchant is gay... Would perhaps be a good idea, if we assume that you would have to change each merchant individually anyway, to exclude some. I don't really see Trudy accepting for example...

Sexout LevelUp.esp will re-implement the removed 'experience' and 'level' stuff, in NG, via the global counter hook. It will use the existing Sexout vars, and the same system: - 2 points for consensual sex - 1 point for rape (as victim or attacker) - levelup every time exp doubles. vars: Sexout.expVag (experience in vaginal) Sexout.expAnal (experience in anal) Sexout.expOral (experience in oral) Sexout.sexExp (total experience) Sexout.sexLevel (current level) Sexout.expLevel (xp to next level) I'd like a better system, with perks and whatnot, but this will be a stopgap to get a cut feature back in place.
