Skyrim crashes when I press play

I was having an issue with some mods, so I reinstalled skyrim and the base mods before I had the problem.

 

Skyrim now crashes right after i press play

 

Please let me know what needs to be fixed.

That screenshot is pretty much useless. A load order would help.

Do any of the plug-ins appear in red or orange in NMM? Does LOOT report any errors? Do you get a pop up from Crash Fixes?

Do you use enb, or enboost? Check to see if you have the newest Directx9 runtime if that is the case. Turned out when I had a similar problem the d3d9.dll from enboost was incompatible with old dx9 runtimes that were on my pc causing skyrim to crash before the load screen even came up.

go in plugin sort your order, if there a missing .esp there's  your problem. Sometime mods require other mods to work together or else your game won't launch at all.
