edit : this is not a football world cup (a tournament on this web) but a preset world cup when I dig deeper to the words and finally understood

Thank you for providing this mod. I am very interested in it, and I downloaded it too. 

 

Everything works very well in this mod, except the Xia Hou Xia house causes a crash to desktop when I approach.  This is in SE.  I have gone through all the files very carefully, and looked at the original mod on 9dmao.  There is something wrong with the "Outside" nif meshes.  I cannot see if anyone has reported this to the author, or if he provided a fix.

 

Is there any way we can find out tactfully given the mod is removed from the 9dmao site?

It's the Inn in Riverwood. Meier's plugin also confirms this is the cell she is placed.

ehm , no , the link he attached [ this ==> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1w1xcQ8coJ4Hr_97XSaae9H5kTP-N8dX5/view ] is a follower not a preset , two are difference mods , the mod he linked have an .esp and follower related files , the location are wrote in korean in its tullius page , when translated to english it dont make any sense , even I dont know where is that location ( Quote from its page :
