I think the adult (big girl) version 1.5 "Secret Identity" comes with default outfit, same with the 2.1 final version. It shouldn't be totally naked at first. This can be bug because sometimes the game forgets to recognize the follower having equipment and outfit in their inventory when you (the player) first meet them, until you change something in their inventory or pass through a loading screen.

The "Thorns hair patch" which change to different head mesh, different face? That might be the version 1.5 . The patch is an updating patch on some full mod? According to the Chinese sharer, the updated date seems to be like this:

 

2019-9-7 update to V2.1

2018-7-4 updated to V1.51
2018-6-21 updated to V1.5
2018-6-20 updated to V1.2

 

 

So anything from date 2018-6-20 onward which is not version 2.1 , which is not dated 2019 , would be mods for this 1.5 or 1.51 version.

This follower can be found here  https://arca.live/b/tullius?category=동료&target=all&keyword=슥삿+, theres multiple versions of it and also up to date, theres also a preset of this if you search for the user

 

And for the rest of the followers, if you go to the website I linked and go the 'Colleague' section, you have to translate the website to english its in korean, you can find majority of the followers there, I'm pretty sure each of these followers came from the tullius channel. and in the 'Colleague' section you can also search the user to find more of their followers - one is already in the link, the person who made that follower is 슥삿  - just type that in the search bar and itll show everything

The 9damao version of the followers he posted are for Skyrim LE and mostly the followers in Tullius channel are for Skyrim SE. Because it is hard to port the followers from SE to LE, the issues are always textures and sometimes the body (meshes) that was used. The SE version uses 3BBB body which sometimes causes ctd on LE. LE  uses normal CBBE or UNP body to run the game smoothly.

i ported some of these. you may have to make tweaks to fix certain issues with them in game like a transparent head or whatever, just pm me if you dont know how

Where is the Problem https://drive.google.com/file/d/1beR0txyRl59saO_QN6cmyXJ-uHsbkwhM/view or do you need a LE version? That might be a problem because Soyeon , Somi  and Sora are only as standalone available.
