It was a CBBE/UUNP conversion of the Engineer outfit within this thread. https://www.loverslab.com/topic/69192-jrconversions-uunp-hdt/ The link to the original armor should still be working and is still very much free. If it isn't what you are looking for, you could always pirate it from NINI or dare I say port it yourself.
