Hello everyone,

So I've been having an issue with my current play through, where followers after a certain amount of time will just stop working. To be specific, this is ends up happening:

  • Followers Stop moving UNLESS an event or so  makes them move such as Sexlab Sexlife making them run to another NPC for a conversation.
  • Followers don't have any lost health if hit. They also don't have a health bar show up at all.
  • Followers will unsheathe weapons if I unsheathe mine, but they wont crouch (let alone move) if I do.
  • If dismissed they will remain in the same spot for a few ingame days until they spawn back at there home location in which they are somehow fixed.
  • If I attack them nonstop they don't seem to get angry or say anything different from their usual lines when you get close to them.

I've tried as many fixes as I found online such as running FNIS, using Unrelenting force, and shield bashing them. I've tried switching Follower mods for testing purposes but it didn't fix the problem either. I'm not entirely sure what's causing them to be stuck but one of the few instances I've found to force this bug/glitch/conflict is to enter a Tavern set followers to relax, sleep, then exit. Once I exit the tavern 1-3 of my followers will be immobile. Unfortunately though this (Using the tavern to force the problem to happen) doesn't happen on rare occasions so I am unsure if its an isolated incident.

I have removed some mods during this play through but nothing that would effect followers. Mods such as Etac Hotfix, and perhaps 1 or 2 other mods that don't effect gameplay as much as it does Game aesthetics.

One mod i feel may have a part to play in this is Lively Inns and Taverns, but I don't have definitive proof that it is the culprit, reason being the glitch happens happens in Whiterun's Inn mostly, breeze home, and some other random places. Sometimes it just happens by itself. All in all I have nothing to go off of and console commands such as resetai and Enable/Disable dont work either.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it deeply. I also hope that in finding what the cause of this is, it can help others that may be experiencing similar issues. My load order is as follows:

I presume you have that problem in your actual savegame and that problem not happend in a new game until you play some days with it.... Correct???

I think you have a problem in the AI packajes that control the AI of the followers and probably is mixed with some scripts that made your followers inmortals and inmovabables. And i thin that because your followers only move when other mod, like Sexlab Sexlife, execute an AI packaje with a greater priority.

That not have a easy solution because when a mod add a packaje to an NPC the packaje must be executed completelly. If the packaje have a problem, for example, because is related to a scene that not fire, the packaje is NEVER executed and is NEVER removed. That info is stored inside the savegame and the only way for remove it is locate the problematic mod, removeit and probably clean the savegame.

The only way that i know for see what mod have the problematic packaje is use my tool AI Package Manager.rar that is a simple easy mod with 3 spells. I made it for personal use and give it to players with specific problems. Works in LE and i presume works in SE because not have any strange command. Is not beatifull but give the desired info in the console.

Equip the first spell called "AIPM_Get_Package" in Alteration and launch it over any static follower. Open the game console and look the information about the packaje. The two first number/letters are the EXADECIMAL code of the mod that own the problematic packaje. Have in mid that is a EXADECIMAL code and you must not confuse it with the decimal code of the mod. For example, the EXADECIMAL code of SexLabDirtyTalk is 70 and is your mod number 112 in decimal. Not confuse it with your mod number 70 in decimal, that is OBIS and have 46 in EXADECIMAL code.

112 70     SexLabDirtyTalk.esp

 70 46     OBIS SE.esp

Locate it in your mod list, disable it and load your savegame for see if the problem is solved. If persist, save your game, clean it with ReSaver, load the cleaned save and look again if the problem is gone.

Report the problem in the support page of the mod.

Thank you so much, I figured out that the issue was coming from PAH And You Get a Slave. After coming through the Mod in Script Cleaner I discovered the problem came from Quests in the Change form File. I deleted them and the mod seemed to update everything. Thank you so much for your tool!
