There is just one thing that I couldn't get to work: More Nasty Critters. Whenever i install that I end up with T-Pose. Could't find a way around it.

If anyone got any ideas I am all ears.

Downloaded this one: Nemesis.Unlimited.Behavior.Engine.v0.84-beta.rar

You can get it here https://github.com/ShikyoKira/Project-New-Reign---Nemesis-Main/releases

(at the bottom of the release notes there is a small button 'assets', once you click it you will find the downloads)

If you are having problems with animations, maybe it is because of the comlicated way you got to use nemesis and Fins. Aylis describes this in detail in the third post of this thread. (also: if you disable and reable a mod the plugins are set to be the last in MO2. Maybe you just have to move them back, that worked for me)

Hope I could be of help.

If i uninstall a mod like a follower mod do i need to rerun any of the tools?  i do rerun Bodyslide just to get rid of any bloat outfits/body they may leave behind, but besides that do i need to re run all the tools from the Final section?   just making sure-

thanks.

I have little experience with modding, so take this with a grain of salt.
That said my understanding is the following.

You have Tools that generate your animation registry (FINS and Nemesis)
You have tools that genereta Textures and your LOD (DynDOLOD, XLODGen)

If your follower mod does not contain any custom animations you should be fine not running anything.

DynDOLOD shoudl not need re-running unless you make some changes to the landscapes (new tree mod or other mountan mod or anything like that)

Also you can always just try. Proplem with animation is easy to find. You will get T-Pose. Remove the mod. If you get T-Pose re run Fins and Nemesis, else you can just play. (I re run them a lot experimenting with diffrent mods and ironing out the kinks).

EDIT: Forgot to mention Body Slide. You will need to re run Bodyslide if you have any changes to the bodies you are using or to any armors. If the follower mod did not come with cusom armors or animations it's all good. (I have not ran Bodyslide a single time this build since I could download all of Alys' Bodyslide files. I will run it only if I see some clipping or if I want to make changes to the body or its shape)

@Jessica_Degurechaff If you uninstall anything, load into your game, make a new hard save, then exit and run ReSaver and NetImmerse. It will get rid of any scripts your uninstalled mods may have left behind.

You only need to run Bodyslide when you want to alter proportions. Followers use the proportions Bodyslide dictates, so uninstalling them doesn't require rerunning it. Basically only run it if you want to change something with proportions or you have installed a new armor mod that has Bodyslide support. (Or just use Aylis's Bodyslide presets, since most of the new armor doesn't support it at the moment).

Basically:

- Re-run Bodyslide if "see above"

- Re-run DynDOLOD and the other LOD generators if you change landscape textures (Aylis will tell you when this happens during an update). Or if you notice a lot of crashes on the overworld.

- Re-run FNIS/Nemesis if you add or remove a mod with custom animations

- Re-run LOOT occasionally to see if you may have missed a patch (just don't ever sort by it)

- Re-run ReSaver/NetImmerse when you uninstall a mod, especially if the mod had a plugin

- Re-run Wrye bash when Aylis tells you to (or if you've really changed your load order a lot in between updates, but I can't imagine this would ever really apply)

- Re-run Skyrim when you feel like you want to play Skyrim

@Aylis New patch compendium for High Poly NPC Overhaul Skyrim 2.0. Has a patch for Morrowloot. Looks like that's probably the only thing from the list that benefits from it.

Edit - God damn, Deadly Wenches are pretty hardcore. Went to Valtheim and they killed Auri, Golldir, and Meeko.

this is so promising lol I skipped them entirely because I've got some future plans involving learning bodyslides (i just tweaked the racemenu sliders this time to make the fat distribution a little looser when nude as opposed to the Goddess bodyslide for now and tossed in a mini skirts armor pack with no bodyslides at all), but now I'm really curious... Just not sure I want to commit to a high level mod when I'm still not a particularly good melee fighter.

This mod replaces most followers body for a 3BBB ver that you can custom (as any other) on bodyslide. Even if you dont really need to custom them that much you can still toss it in to make sure all followers use the correct body.

I'm really confused. If I load an older save, my characters breasts and can be morphed on the 3bbb morphs without issue.

If I create a NEW save, no matter what Bodyslide presets I attach to the 3BBB Amazing body, no matter how many times I run FNIS and/or Nemesis, the new character's boobs look like cones. The physics work normally, they bounce, they sag with SMP, they just .... are giant cones, and trying to 'fix' them messes up the torso. I'm extremely confused.

I don't use that 3BBB body as i had some problems with it. But your description points to either skeleton or physics. Check the entry for 'Physics' in 'Troubleshooting'.

Hi Aylis!

Just got to the weathers and lighting section after a a couple of days into the mod list, I've noticed that Luminosity has two versions, a "Cathedral - Luminosity" file and "Luminosity - Light Weight Lighting" one. The reason I'm asking is that the Cathedral version is very recent, released on the 11th of this month I believe so I wasn't sure which one you were referring to in the guide.

Anyhow, great job with the guide and I'm forever thankful, usually I'd spend about a month putting together a functional list, now I'm almost done after a couple of days! Cheers! :)

Here I am again and again I do need some help ?.
(maybe someone can point me to a good tutorial on this) (also I think i might be pretty close)

The Problem right is in the details of Outfit Studio.
I found that some of the Models included with ZaZ don't really go well with Greek Goddess, so I tried around with BodySlide and outift studio a bit.

This is just one example the meshes included with ZaZ not working properly with 3BBB Greeg Goddess

Spoiler

So with CBBE Slim it works perfectly:
grafik.png.8ed8e95c76e1b64568093ac3e2d8ead5.png

But with the Greek Goddess Body I get this:

grafik.png.41017a15179690ad57a8b1ef8ff2675d.png

This is what I could figure out so far:

Spoiler

I can get the right sliders for the Model in Outfit Studio
grafik.png.a1af732ac0af828144bbbd73b74ccfe1.png

Now with the "sliders > Conform All" all it seems fixed:
grafik.png.919c8d88dc699b37e5635ca982bc07b3.png

So fixed it right? I am actually pretty happy with myself now. But now how do I save it corretly??

Spoiler

So here it is in ZaZ. 2 *.nif and one *.tri

grafik.png.449f35c1f97f5161de8d6c5f2d717834.png

So thats what I thought I had to replace with the fixed file, but...
grafik.png.8c2798daf53dd1924127ffbf07df7968.png

So now I get confronted with an *.osp file. (oof even more file types nif, tri, osp; probably missing 10 more)

What it all boild down to:

Hi everyone! I am rebuilding my mod list. I am at Physics and Animation. I want to add some additional mods to enhance combat, yet which are still compatible with this list. Are there any mods that anyone can recommend? Or ones that you know don't work?

Here are some, all on the Nexus, I am considering that I haven't used before:

Ultimate Combat SE

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17196

Arena - An Encounter Zone Overhaul

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/33487

Enemy (R)Evolution of Skyrim - EEOS - Spell Perk Item Distributor Addon

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37228

Animated Armoury - DAR Version - New Weapons with animations

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/35978

Archery Gameplay Overhaul SE

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24296

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

If I don't use the 3BBB amazing body, I it doesn't give me the sliders for the groin area on a female body, am I doing something wrong with Bodyslide? I prefer a different preset, I'm just really not sure what body to use with it all to make it work then. I've reinstalled physics, skeletons, and re-ran all of my FNIS, Nemesis, and BodySlide... still busted. How do I get the vagina/labia sliders and the 3BA sliders without using the Amazing Body .. body? Because I have the Greek Goddess, but it isn't listed in my actual BODY files to build, it's just a preset? So, I guess that's where I'm having a problem? I don't know.

As a secondary, possible problem? My Bodyslide doesn't export anything to the Overwrite when I run it, which ... I presume ... means it isn't actually working now? Do I have to keep trying to figure out how to make that work? I feel really dumb right now.

Edit 2: The more I try and fix things with it all, the worse it gets. While things worked mostly 100% normal on previous saves without issue, now I have -despite choosing minimal movements and what not - characters with small breasts that literally flap in the wind. *sigh*

Edit 3: .... Okay, so only ONE of my saved games have appropriate bodies, the rest explode with huge cone-tits when I try and load those saves. I've done everything I know to do, unless I'm just stupid when it comes to Bodyslide or something?  If I use any body -except- the bottom one, I don't get 'vagina/labia sliders' to affect the body, and the breasts are fine. If I use that, vaginal/labia sliders work, but the breasts are giant-ass cones, except on a single save. Does -anyone- have any idea?

When running Nemesis it crashes for me about 7 out of 8 times, then works.

i read this when you originally posted it and chalked it up to more of the superstitious nonsense/conflicting information that tends to fly around about skyrim mods and now nemesis is just crashing when I click update every single time for no discernable reason haha. Hopefully the problem is just an incompatibility with the BakaFactory pack I added but I guess I'm going to sit here and try to update Nemesis ten or fifteen times first before I rule that out haha

edit: uhhhhh i've tried about 15 times each with and without bakafactory and ive decided i'm going to track down a definitive solution for this
edit2: this was INCREDIBLY stupid-- I'd been using an old version of Nemesis because for some reason 0.84 didn't work on my machine but 0.83 did. I saw today's issue described multiple times, alongside confirmations that it'd been fixed in 0.84. So I swap back to 0.84 and go over the error logs again, and I notice something. "No way," I think to myself, "that's not possible. No one's THAT sloppy." Turns out that windows 10's Unicode Compatibility feature, a life-saving new system locale that means you don't have to swap around your system locale every time you run a program in a non-Latin language, BREAKS Nemesis, a program with no non-latin characters in it. In short, you can ONLY run Nemesis in the English system locale with NO compatibility modes applied.

@unknownwake

Good luck with Nemesis! I think I deactivated virus scanner and firewall. wollboi says he makes sure to never exit MO2 while re-re-re-running Nemesis. I tried that, but I think for me it was the other way around. I had to exit it and get a clean start. Try both. I reinstalled Nemesis. Rebooted system. I tried deactivating mods. Sorry, I forget what worked in the end. I think this guide/list is hard on Nemesis. It is beta anyway. I hope it gets further development.

For me it crashed at a different place every time. That gave me hope to keep re-running it. If it crashes at the same place then it is probably something specific that needs to be fixed.

Oh yeah, there is a Nemesis crash file somewhere if you haven't found it...

Also, I found a way to put a file somewhere so I didn't have to re-check all the patches in Nemesis every time. I can't remember how I did it, but it speeds up the process a little. I think I moved a file somewhere. That was cool! I will try to trace my steps. I did it by accident while troubleshooting.

Edit: @unknownwake I read your 2nd edit. So were you able to get it to work?

Enemy (R)Evolution of Skyrim - EEOS - Spell Perk Item Distributor Addon

Maybe this one but it needs a lot of patches and some mods don't like it, I'm not sure I can ESL-ify all the patches:

Animated Armoury - DAR Version - New Weapons with animations

This one no because:
Ultimate Combat SE - "incompatible with FNIS Creature"

So I am looking for a compatible with most everything mod that enhances enemy AI. Any ideas?

Nemesis crashes on me if I remove the FNIS.esp before running it. As long as I don't deactivate it like suggested, it works fine, are you deactivating it?

And then the NEXT TIME IT WORKED WITHOUT A CRASH... Holy fuck I'm losing my mind.

--- Back to my multiple-edit post, if I remove the 3BBB.esp from my order, thingy, the characters DON'T have cone boobs, but, obviously, I can't turn on 3BBB SMP, which.. is kind of the point of having it, right? Uhhhgggg, lol. I'm burnt out, I think.

EDIT :  --- ... Soo.... as long as I load a game with normal breasts, then start a new game, or jump between saves, the breasts behave normally. Starting Skyrim and starting a new game immediately causes conical boobs.... seriously, WTF. 3BBB on or off, doesn't matter. So, now I am -extra- confused. If I start a new game and the breasts stretch to cones, then load one of my other games that didn't have the 3BBB body, she now has cones too. But if I load a non-cone 3BBB game, THEN load that same game ... no cones!

So, i can work around THAT problem now, but, but.... the physics are still windy with SMP on, I picked all the settings from the guide, and with SMP toggled on by 3BBB, wind pushes the breasts and belly and everything around quite severely, as if they don't have any mass attached to the physics. So, yeah, I don't know, I'm frustrated and confused.

@HOrnyHOrse

There are tons of tutorials here at LL as well as the nexus if you look or google. That one you mention happens to be an easy one and is perfect to start learning with.

You'll need to use the "convert SK CBBE to SSE CBBE" reference to convert it, then to 3BBB.

Spoiler

Open outfit studio

Load Project (scroll down and highlight Shibari.osp and click open

right click on BaseShape and select Set Reference (you'll see it changed colors) Then right click BaseShape again and delete it.

Select the "Bones" tab and highlight all the bones, right click and "delete from project"

Select File tab then "Load reference". From template select Convert: SK CBBE to SSE CBBE, and click OK

Under "Slider" tab select "conform all" (just use the base settings here and click okay.

You should have only one slider here now, so move it to 100% then under "Slider" tab select "Set Base Shape".

Right click on CBBE and select "Set Reference" then "Delete"

Under File tab select "Load reference". select CBBE 3BBB Body, click okay

Under "Slider" tab select "conform all"

On the "meshes" tab, right click "Shibari" and select "Copy Bone Weights" (default settings are fine for this outfit) and click okay

Under "Slider" tab select "Load Preset", use the drop down and find your preset...and check you results.

Under "File" tab select "Save Project As... (You need to make 3 changes here by adding "3BBB" to make all the new files that you'll need"

Display Name: change Shibari to Shibari3BBB

Slider Set File: change SliderSets\Shibari.osp to SliderSets\Shibari3BBB.osp

Shape Data File: change Shibari.nif to Shibari3BBB.nif

Click "Save", close outfit studio and bodyslide

Open bodyslide and you should see an outfit Shibari3BBB now

Note: If you have set up your Bodyslide Output file in MO2 properly, this is where those new files you just made will end up

If this worked for you that's great, if not, keep looking for tutorials till you find one that clicks for you.

As a reward, I offer you this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pa4O1bwY18Q&list=PLZa3v-a_gOrCN4FerIeMT1z-PF6CLHg0N

I'll tell you what I added to the list once it was completed. I use this particular order to make it work (otherwise it won't work, at least for me).

Spoiler

360 Walk and Run Plus

Dual Wield Blocking for Idiots

Dual Wield Attack Power Forward Replacer

Smart NPC Potions

Violens - A Killmove Mod

Wildcat

Ultimate Combat (it works with FNIS Creatures installed... I don't know why it says it doesn't in the page. Probably because we are running also Nemesis... I have no idea, but it works for me).

Attack Commitment Speed Fluid

Archery Gameplay Overhaul

A side note. I had to move Movement Behavior Overhaul and Jump Behavior Overhaul after FNIS Output and right before Nemesis Output in order to make them work. Otherwise they wouldn't work for me.

Also, you may want to take out Casual Bow Animation from the list, because it gets redundant with AGO.

You can put them in the list in Physics and Animations section. Right before HDT-SMP (Skinned Mesh Physics). It works for me that way. There is some overlapping between some of these mods, but you can sort it out using the MCM's. I tried many different positions between them in the list and this is the one that works for me.

Remember that many of them have animations and also patches that you have to activate in FNIS and Nemesis. (Activate the patch for AGO in FNIS, but don't use the patch for Nemesis that you can download optionally in Nexus. With this patch, AGO doesn't work for me).

Remember, don't add anything to Aylis' List until you got it right and working. Then you'll know that if you encounter any problem, it comes from anything you have added. It will save you from a few headaches. I tell you from my own experience... ?

I hope this helps.

For EmbersXD, aside from the patches we need, should we add any of the Add-ons?  Or should we specifically not use any of those?

Edit:  Also, the instructions mention moving Embers XD up.  Up with the ESMs?  Is our main plugin supposed to be the Embers XD esl?  Or the Embers HD esp?

Your embershd.esp will get installed in-between the patches. Just drag embershd.esp up so it looks like this:
