Having the same issue with this, I tried just overwriting the files like some one mentioned in another post but no luck, I did read white lace has some issues with some textures. I've been going with square bikini "Loquat: but the lace part of it is still present but better than the white lice "Orchid".

 

Also had tried this : 

and replaced files and it at least shows more of the breast but still can see lace and then pubes/pubic area covered by bikini and strings are gone.

Pretty new to this too but haven't found anything else on the topic, yet.

Wait! I found the fix

 

Backup your d3dx.ini just incase but this one fixed it for me

Anyone else have these problems with Nanami's face and breasts and Kokoro's crotch area? I'm using bp boob mod via costume customizer and I'm wondering if any one else has these problems.

Yes. You can mix and match skin files to switch.
You will need to edit the ini file yourself for that.

When I apply the mod, Luna's nipple change to polygon circle.

The labia function work perfectly.

 

I also try the krunkDunk's Luna skin, and the same thing happen.

It's the DMM version.
