I call it 4K for convenience, but in reality it is simply a higher resolution SKIN than V4.
You may be able to see the difference in HD resolution if you look at a close-up.
I think the existing skin is fine for 4K game screens as long as you don't make them too close up.
However, tattoos and other detailed designs will look much nicer with a 4K skin.

Can you explain this part for two skin files and meshes? Does pressing 7 PgUp or & PgDown cycle between only the skins? When I cycle, only the lower half cycles but I do not see any difference on the top half. Do I need to do something to change meshes or see a difference on the top  half?

Open the folder for the girl who you want to change, and in her skin folder is a read me file with the key for changing skins.
