How do I remove HDT from Armor?

Have a set of Bless Armors where the HDT cloth is getting annoying as it will clip through everything. How do I remove/turn it off from the mesh? (nifskope?)

 

Not sure if I can run Skyrim with HDT mod turned off as I have other mods (high heel armor stuff) also dependent.

Is that a second cape that's part of the chest armor or a tunic, tough to tell from the screenshot? If it's a second cape it might look better to just delete it from the chest armor nif and avoid the whole double cape issue altogether.

the white cape with the red cross is a completely different part. Its the cloth skirt underneath that clips through the white cape is whats bothering me.

 

Can i remove the nistring using Nifskope? and which line is it under?

Yeah I knew the white cape was what you wanted, the bit clipping through looked like it could have been another cape, that was what I was asking about. 

 

In nifskope there should be a NiStringExtraDataNode called HDT Havok Path. That's what you get rid of.
