Now the new strap-ons will be listed. They will be randomly used in game.

V4 is now Standalone?

Maybe I missunderstand what you mean by "Standalone",

but without Leitos schlongs

7 - 9 UUNP AGE SSO Sexlab Replacer canineCast V4.rar

won't register in sexlab, and I'm not sure how it could.

Maybe the esp went missing or does it just overwrite the standard strapon?

It will only replace the original nif file and edit texture settings in Sexlab.esm.

You need Bodyslider when changing.

and I need some clarification on this.

Does this mean that sexlab is only going to see and register the one strapon (aka the one it always sees) but the texture gets changed at the esp level?

If yes, is that texture changed randomly? ideally, I want a random sampling of these to be used.

When I install using MO I get the following error.

now I can override that error by unzipping the file manually to another location and re-zipping it and installing that so it may be something on my end, but I just wanted to bring this up just in case you know why this might be happening. (so far your mod is the only one that ever did that.)

on my game it looks like that,

means:

> with the original leitos strap ons

=> all strap ons registered in SL an are listed in SL MCM

> with 7 - 9 UUNP AGE SSO Sexlab Replacer V6.rar:

=> registers with the standard SL stap on (overwrites it), not all strap ons are listed in SL MCM

=> didn't check yet if you see different kinds of strap ons for the standard SL strap on

=> seems you can only build one of those strap ons in bodyslide at a time

choose ONE of those (or at least if one is choosen of every kind in BS, BS ask me to only choose one):

It was the name of the esp. I will try to find a workaround. Now we cant add new stuff.

You sloved already the the esp issue, the esp was just not added in the mod zip pack with V4

but if you mean the overwriting issue to add only one schlong via overwriting the SL standard schlong:
