T posing glitch

after installing a few mods and running FNIS whenever i play all people are t posing. even after disabling some mods people ares still t posing when i start a new game

T Pose is always to do with the behavior files so uninstall the mods and run FNIS, confirm it works, then install the mods one by one running FNIS and testing in game. Check for errors in FNIS as well.

i think some of the mods he installed overwrote files by XPMSE (i'd wager). you should reinstall XPMSE and let it overwrite everything, then run FNIS.

just one thing I'd like to confirm, 

I think the idle pose or the FINIS error pose in skyrim is called  `A` pose instead of `T` pose,  right ? I never see people doing  "T" pose in skyrim or if there is "T" pose idle hkx, let me know the download link.

It's not an idle. It's a stuck in a certain position thing. Looks nothing like a T in my opinion but that's as may be.
