they have six kids , every freaking day they move stuff around alot that kind of annoying and disturb my sleep and my work , i did complain their parents about it , seems like i get ignored , i want to call the cops but that just mean give me idea how to stop this madness. >

You and me might have to meet up in the parking lot there spanky. My folks had 6 kids. They put all 6 through college and both have their Doctorates. The number of kids doesn't have jack shit to do with anything! And yes, they were and are "middle class" parents.

 

 

At Dogmar, nothing you can do really if they are on their property. Contact your city and find out if they have any noise ordinances. If they do, find out the particulars and call the cops if they violate those ordinances. Beyond that, you can only try to reason with their folks. Sorry for your trouble.

You seem to imply it's during day time, if so (at least where I live) odds are they would not really be breaking any laws, and (once again, where I live at least) noise ordinances would not apply until late at night.

that was amazing, i apologize to your folks (my bad i was forgot we don't live on same planet)they are real responsible parents, and that is something hard to believe to anyone in my country

explanation:

minimum monthly pay is 400$, average 1000$, year on university from 3000$ (Construction engineer) to 15000$ (lawyer, surgeon...) (we don't have college, elementary 8y, high school 4y, university 4-6y, free education is for elementary and high school, university full paying and "student loan" have interest of 11%)

and there is a factor of savings; average family of 4 need 1200$ on month only for food (no luxury as soap or shampoo) plus other bills (smallest apartment 50m2 300$ to up, electricity 70$, water 20$...) so use a math...

example:

my cousin is chief of police for county (2x average monthly pay) his wife is pediatrician (3x average), so middle to high class, they have 4 children (2x twins) all in high school

he don't drink,don't smoke and drive car 18y old, she don't have car and they are happy if they can put 500$ on month aside

do i need to say: and scared of the future...

 

and if you noticed i was use word "today"

because in my country unemployment rate today is 28%, yesterday (2001) was 9%

in my home town number of job places in last 10y was cut from 30000 to 8000

so one must be or extremely courageous or really irresponsible to make family today, here...

However in the US things are not that bad (depending on which part of the US you are in of course). One of my brothers has 4 kids and another has 3. The rest just have 1 each. It is more difficult to have a large family but that does not mean it can't be done in the US. Context can mean everything. It does sound very tough to have children over where you live.

 

However, my point is that the number of kids is not a good indicator of how well behaved they may be (or not as is the case for Dogmar's neighbors). I have seen crappy parents that just have one child.

nope two story Terrace Housing , its unbelievable i have to use my ultimate ban hammer , if i knock 3 times they know its me telling them " STFU" that work but its just for a while , theres one damn kid about 5 or at leats 6 years old , keep screaming move stuff around i'm like , Hello you not the only one who living here theres people working this shit made me delayed my work alot.

 

i like their parents , but i never liked their kids they are destructive and not respecting even bullying other kids , other parents on this area are already complaining and some parents talked me about it, im like why dont we all just tell them.

 

i could just wait until they move out , the shit things i hear their kids says dirty words like fuck you etc, the another annoying is their parents is ok but they went like " You do not say my kids swearing in public " fuck that i hear them every freaking day are you retarded idk.

Youtube a video of the kids misbehaving/cursing, then use a disposable email to contact the parents and alert them that, yes, their little angels are in fact little shits.

 

 

But yeah seriously, you say there are rules about 'QUITE' (I assume you meant quiet), if so then who enforces the rules ? Go to that person, prehaps get multiple residents to go with you, and ask that the management simply talk to them and explain the issue, and with luck instead you'll hear the kids crying from spankings for a week or so until they start behaving.

Some damn neighbor moves stuffs a lot too and ridiculously the asshole family even ask their kid to do exercise often like playing basketball in home, so the whole building is usually in "earthquake state". There are often fights in that psycho family so there is often shouting too.

 

I called the cops to deal with them but due to the retarded laws in Taiwan the cops can only persuade them to behave themselves on moral grounds instead of fining them so nothing can regulate them.

 

Now my family can't take it anymore and are going to move to another place next week.

Well the thing is i love this location where i live at easy to buy cigarette i can bargain prices on local store some of the owners are my friends that are opening the shop , and have video game store that are close so i can review my games later on , this location i live in is perfect for me i got everything here.

 

but satan next door ruined my life simply same shit i got with you and i know how it feel , i don't want to move lets just hope the silence now ended the kids somehow suddenly stopped banging move stuff around etc.

 

well the thing is the kid next door to me are very imbecile , destructive and disrespectful even with other neighbors kids
